I have an idea for you~! You know those old school viewing gallery in hospitals where spectators watch live operations and the surgeons explains out loud everything as they work? (If not, look up the Seinfeld episode where Jerry and Kramer drops a junior mint inside someone)

Now have surgeons use sex toys on a patient in that setting.

Wow Anais! Glad I saw your name. I always love your work because you put effort into it. You aren't being lazy just because its a genre most don't take seriously. I love how the ending repeats the beginning, as if the entire ordeal is an endless cycle.
