Oh man, I kinda feel bad about not reviewing this sooner considering I started reading this when you first posted it. Nether the less I feel like telling you how much I enjoy this story (It being one of the only stories I get excited about waiting for updates) I really hope you continue this story as I really enjoy reading it. Cannot wait for more! If you ever need motivation to continue writing this I shall always be here.

I am a reader that sometimes forget to leave a review, my bad, however I always rate the chapter I read. You do have a following I am sure of that cos this is a great story. I am so pleased you decided to update, please do continue updating, would be such a shame not to complete this fabulous story. Again, thank you for updating....

Holy crap, an update just three days after my mini review! Thank you for bringing hope back into the universe, just after I've lost said hope a long time ago. I 100% agree with Katniss Everdeen's most recent review/comment about practically holding your own story hostage. At least you are receiving reviews and ratings at all, slowly but surely, so that should still mean something. I've seen too many good stories, fanfic or original, remain incomplete for months to years. I don't want this particular story to be one of them. Please carry on at your regular pace and more reviews/ratings will grow. That being said, onto the mini review!

I have spotted a couple of errors in words, but that's about it. It's nice that our two leads are still taking the time to continue in getting to know each other and not jumping in to the sack, as much as I would love to see that happen. I can't wait for them to reach Marsala. How will things turn out there for our lovebirds-to-be?

I think I'm gonna have to start from chapter one again, because it's been almost two months since I've read this. Remember, I pretty much gave up at one point until about half an hour ago when I saw the title.

Oh my goodness, YES, I cannot believe you actually updated after such a long break. So glad I checked, had almost given up on this. Please continue with the updates, awesome story. Needed to go back a little bit to refresh my memory, now I remember why I love this....

I just read this story for the first time and really like it. I tend to only stick with stories that are updated on some kind of schedule and don't think you do that because you feel you are not getting enough reviews or something which is utterly ridiculous. I don't feel bad for you but for other authors here who do post regularly and write really good stories too and they don't have as many reviews as you do. They don't stop writing because of it but keep plugging along regardless of that because they enjoy writing. Have you taken a look at other stories here and seen the lack of reviews they are getting too? That is no reason to stop writing a story and it's not fair to your readers who have been giving you support from the beginning and you owe it to them to continue/finish this story. If you don't enjoy what you're doing, than stop writing BUT don't torment the faithful who stop and leave you a comment about how much they love your story. I see tons of stories here that deserve more reviews than they are getting and some don't even get one review but that does not discourage them even though I am sure it hurts them. I don't mean to be nippy about this but you shouldn't feel that way because you do have a fan following and I am sure other writers would love to have them on their side.

Captivating story, interesting setting, great characters....

Dude, what's with this comment? I stopped basically because there wasn't much fanfare for the story. I really like writing for an audience, because if no one enjoys your work, then what's the point? You must not be reading your own story but some other poor soul's because from what I have seen you have more reviews than most folk here. I really like this story but you shouldn't make people feel guilty for not reviewing it because they most certainly are. You first published it on 07/28/2013 and have only uploaded 10 chapters since then with the most recent being uploaded on 11/22/2013, you have 7,115 hits as I write this review, 38 reviews plus mine = 39, and 171 total votes so I think that is saying something about the people reading it. What do you want from them? Blood?

I was one of those too lazy to leave a review but believe me when I say that I have been reading and rating it. I think it's very well written and love the characters you have created. I want it to continued to a final conclusion for all of us to enjoy and for you not to rush it to completion. There is so much more story to be told so please do not give up on it because it would be a waste.

If you would update more often instead of getting upset over what you think is lack of reviews, then maybe your story would get some more recognition.

Wow! I am SO glad you updated. Frankly, I come to AFF less and less, and it's usually to check if you've posted yet. Please don't stop, I know it feels worthless sometimes when people don't leave a review, but you definitely do have readers.
