I see why folks suggest setting it to music. The first six lines read quite rhythmically. :)
I can't really comment on the technical aspect since I could fill a thimble with my knowledge of poetry. I can however, say that I enjoyed reading the piece. It starts out feeling kind of like an "Attracted to the bad boy" sort of rush, and then starts to turn quite dark at line seven. It felt a lot like reading a well-written suspense story. Incited tension, wanting to read more, etc.
