Your story is great. It has really set my imagination on fire. I really hope you have a prolonged grovel planned for Jaye. He needs to crawl to Kerr & beg forgiveness. I have one question for you, Jaye knows about Kerr's grandmother being dead, why is this the only information about Kerr he has heard in 10 years? To me, the accident, and Kerr's prolonged hospital stay, would have been mentioned to Jaye at some point.

I'm having evil thoughts regarding Jaye. His bother is probably racist towards Elves. Jaye's human wife was probably paid by the brother to keep Jaye occupied long enough for him to get over Kerr. The baby she miscarried wasn't Jaye's, but his brother's.

Jaye needs to suffer!!!!

I like this story a lot so far.

I wonder how it goes from now.
You have a couple of typos in every chapter that your beta should fix, otherwise your story is sound so far.
You have lots of secundary characters which I hope will have their own chapters.
They serve as a good background for the main leads of your story.

A nice concept. I am definitely interested how the story developes. It's ok so far, but the plot is still in its infancy.
