This is so sweet and romantic, and the treasure hunt part is a lot of fun for Carrie, though it's not until the end that we're absolutely sure, and it leaves the reader with a warm and lovely feeling. Especially since she goes to put the note "with the others" which suggests this little snapshot of love is only one part of a longer story between two people, where ordinary can be, and is, extraordinary. Beautiful.

This was both a brilliant use of the prompt words, as well as a very well crafted story of a tender and loving marriage. It was touching without being at all maudlin, and I'm simply in awe of your talent in painting such vivid vignettes. Thank you!
