Dang I wanted to find out what the chinese meant too. Boo hiss. Still I enjoyed the story. I'll reapply to the mailing list too.

I've been following this story for a while (from before it disappeared and reappeared), I love your story, please keep up the writing! Can't wait for the next chapter. I hope you're ok with what I'm about to do but... I know how its sometimes frustrating when stories have bits in other languages and you (as a reader) REALLY want to know what they are talking about even if they aren't too important. I'm semi-fluent in Chinese, I can tell you that you didn't do as bad as you thought! Only a few parts don't look/sound quite right but I think I get the gist of it. Hope you don't mind, here's a brief translation:

要不要來點兒喝的？ -You want to get something to drink?
嗨！ -Hey!
要來點兒喝的嗎？ -Want to get something to drink?
你想喝多呀？ -You want to drink more?
你的錢沒有用。 -Your money is useless. (ie. Don't want your money.)
跳舞嗎？ -Dance?
我希望妳是個同志，要不然我羞紅臉。 -I hope you're gay, else I'll be really red in the face. (ie. embarassed)
我喜歡看你迷人的微笑。 -I like watching your charming smile.
你叫David. 哦，我叫Billy. -You're David. I'm Billy.
對不起。我以為你想有一點玩兒。我該做了。 -Sorry. I thought you wanted to play. I better go.
我被欲望燃燒著。你的男性魅力使得妻子不稂不莠。 -I'm burning up. Your manliness makes *something something*? (sorry, couldn't understand this part)
但是你對某事沒有把握。我明明不用英文才知道。 -But you're inexperienced. Even I don't need to know English to see that.
你要我呀？抓緊時間, 不要等待。 -You want me? Make good use of the time, don't wait anymore.
什麼... -What...
好。 -Good.
不是! -No!
好。 -Good.
對。 -Right.
不好。 -Not good.
好...不好.... 好不好呀？ -Good... not good... ok?
好好！不說中文？沒問題。我教你說中文。你一定是很好的學生。 -Good good. Can't speak Chinese? Not a problem. I'll just have to teach you. You'd be a very good student.
給我一下。 Give me a moment.

Another awesome chapter! The smex was hot >;3 Wonder if David will meet up with Billy in later chapters (but perhaps not because this is a sort-of one shot?) Looking forward to more ;D Good luck with the studying girl :D

I was enjoying this story but now it seems to be taking a totally different course of direction so I am out. Good luck though and it was a gem in the beginning.

It's so hard to communicate with someone who has no clue what you're saying and vice-versa. But, as David and "Billy", lol, figured out, no words are necessary for the language of love. lol

i am soooo glad david didn't sleep with eric or trent this chapter.. i feel so bad for what he's going through mentally and for all this self torture he's putting himself through physically. i hope things turn around for him soon and i really hope max wakes up and smells the damn coffee.. he needs to realize what he's throwing away.. i do understand his side of things and why he's reacting the way he is, but i just cant help feeling that max is being pretty self destructive as well =/

Were the titles for the chapters up to like 19 song lyrics or something. Did any one else notice that.

Man Paige, I was so excited when I saw this updated! Funny thing though, I didn't get a chance to read it yesterday when I saw it, and when I logged on today I thought you updated again! But I was wrong, it was only this one chapter.

It was only confusing for me towards the end when David and Eric were talking about there being other fish in the sea and whales and dolphins, and Eric spoke twice but then I realized the second time it was David talking b/c after he finished, Eric jumped in his lap. lol

I did want to point out one error though: at the beginning with David's toddler time in the grocery store - isle is aisle. =)

Good luck with your math class and I'm looking forward to the next chapter. I'm glad David and Trent didn't do anything! :)

Hey new reader here, I'll have you know I freakin marathoned this story today and read it all in one shot i L.O.V.E it I'm shocked there aren't 1000's of reviews on it.. Pple need to know his story exists and definitely recommend it!! Anyway that last chapter literally brought tears to my eyes it was all David and the remorse and regret he felt over what happened and the unreciprocated love he has for max it was all just touching and sad I could not hold the tears back. Ugh I just feel so sad every time max says something mean to him, I mean not to say I don't think max is justified I mean he is but damn like how many months passed already? And did he not get every penny back only a few days after it went missing? I thought he would of shown a little more sympathy when Eric said all that stuff about how David is falling apart, I mean I still feel like it might've hit him and he might mull over it while he's in bed with Phil or something (lolz) but still I wish I saw it before the chapter ended but its ok. I see something potentionially happening between David and Eric and I don't completely like the idea of it, I mean they just seem like brothers to me, like they love and care about eachother as brothers and I feel like if anything happened it would be when neither were in the right state of mind or they'd be using eachother for a moment of happiness.. I just see it possibly putting a damper on their relationship or just being really awkward the next day, and them mutually agreeing that it was a one time thing.. I truly believe that David and max need eachother, I mean max is a mess too right now his trust in David was shattered he probably felt really used and hurt over what happened. I honestly believe that max does love David as well but when he heard what David did he probably thought their entire relationship was a lie I doubt that he believes David ever felt anything for him and I'm praying to god that he realizes how untrue that is and really soon, because idk after reading everthing those 2 just feel so right to me and anyone that comes after that for either man will just always fall short.. Idk I think I'm rambling lol I'll stop now.. I would love love love for an update I'm like legitimately sad that I'm caught up now with nothing else to read of this wonderful heart wrenching story, and even sadder when I noticed you haven't updated in about 2 months D'= please tell you're going to update soon and this hasn't been dropped or something! I will legitimately cry is there's no more updates. I am serious. Also if this is still going on do by any chance have some kind of mailing list set up for when you post updates? I would looooove to know when you post a new chapter the second it happens.. If you don't have a mailing list I'll just check you profile everyday for updates but that might get a little depressing if you don't update soonish lol... I'm so happy I randomly came across this one, as a writer/ storyteller you are absolutely skilled I meancharacter developement is great, plot amazing you just got it all way more than the 2 things i mentioned but those 2 are the tings that draw me in the most.. i wish you had more stories up because I'm sure I would've loved them all. Anyway rambling again lol it happens when I come across something amazing =p .. Ok ok I am done please update soon <3333
