Really really love this please update!! The storyline is awesome and this was a very strong start. Hopefully this can become a long series!!!

This is just too cute. I can't wait to see how Chris and Lance's relationship will grow. At first I though Lance likes Chris and that's why he is staying with him, but after I finished reading it felt more like a very close and comfortable friendship. I kinda already guessed that it wasn't just pride that is stopping Chris from the job offer and how he might have some family issues---but when he called his mom and from the feeling there it didn't seem as though they were on such bad terms. Please update soon I really want to know what happens next!!

I guess I understand why Chris is refusing Lance's help.Maybe he's afraid of a man having this much control over his life.Lance as it is can blackmail him into doing horrid things just by threatening him that he'll throw him out.(If he was a rotten kind of guy)If he worked for Lance,too then you can double the control.Maybe a childhood memory is preventing Chris from truly trusting Lance or something?I dunno...

I think Chris should seriously consider going back to school.Maybe not in business and stuff,but there's schools for other stuff.Maybe he has a talent in cooking or knitting or woodwork?Maybe carving? :)

Well honey,this is the best fiction I've read in a while!The plot,while not all that original is pretty good,the characters have depth and……oh!look at me getting all serious over here…All those cucumber and sweets most have taken their toll on me!The thing is this story seems awesome!!!Me really likie!
Though there remains one important crucial life and death question:
To be or not to be!…No wait that was the wrong one…What's Chris' hair color?!Is it originally red but he had died it?Or the opposit?Or something else entirely?

My God that was hysterical about the twenty minutes and the four websites and they FINALLY got Harper's diaper changed. lol

I can feel Chris' reluctance to let Lance help him any more than he already has. He feels like he's going to be indebted to him forever. But Chris really has to think about what Lance said; it's a very good possibility that the courts won't let Rae take Harper back just b/c she pretty much abandoned her. She had no clue that her brother still lived there when she just dumped her baby on his doorstep.

As always, looking forward to more. :)

What could be so bad that he purposefully gives up the best chance he has of taking care of the kid? Chris, you might not be stupid, but you sure sound dumb sometimes XD

Lance is a godsend! Chris should be kissing the ground he walks on. How many roommates would just take the baby and go shopping for her and offer Chris a job, etc., etc.

I do feel really bad for Chris and I hope he can find some sort of job that will pay enough for him to pay Lance back and to pay for daycare.

Curious to see how they will deal with this. He can't hold a job with a baby at home, and surely Lance's patience only goes so far...
