...Chapter 11 (again)
How did I forget to mention these small moments? Celeste telling Briar she was sorry about his injuries and him longing for her to be his friend. Oh and Briar reminiscing about crippling a man albeit well deserved. He said he wasn't a good person I beg to differ he did what he needed in a cruel world he was born into.

I was worried that Celeste and Briar would get caught communicating...whoo...But I am glad they didn't! Can't wait to see what happens next! :D ;)

this just keeps getting better and i find it so hard to believe just how amazing this is getting. Cyr is so freaking awful and fantastic! this story is typical dark m/m but your writing and your characters have such edge that i am compelled and awed and terrified. i loved kelly. i loved the whole rave scene. i love how you are developing your characters so that they are becoming more addictive with each chapter. thank you for this.
ad i cant believe it only took you 4 hours. this chapter was amazing.
cyr is so awful. (but i love it) i love this!

Chapter 9
Why do you make me laugh (is there something wrong with me?): I have never in my life heard the saying “Life isn’t fair, fair is where you get funnel cakes.” With that I smiled but then it turned to a frown thinking of it’s meaning and Briar’s life. I don’t understand Briar’s bravery with asking to go out but I love that he still has spirit left in him. Oh how I loved hearing the jealousy in Cyr voice when Briar looked at Kelly and found out they’d been together. When I heard Neko got picked up I instantly wondered if it was Cyr’s doing? Brave or stupid: Briar challenging Cyr by telling him “you knew what I was when you got me,”, this boy amazes me. The ending was great Cyr proclaiming is dominance over Briar not just his body but his mind and desire.
Add this slang and language that is foreign to some of us just further plants us in this reality you have created another r good one.

Chapter 9…con’t
Damn I forgot to add how mysterious and intriguing it was to have Kelly recognize Cyr and call him “Sire” there has to be some back story there and I can hardly wait for it. When Briar saw Wings sprout from Cyr because he was high it made me consider he may not just be high but seeing something no one else is able to see? I don’t know I love having all these thoughts swirling in my head making me dizzy not knowing where this will land. Sorry for not posting all at once but I was so excited when I read that I couldn't collect all my thoughts until I hit the "review" button.

This story is insanely good so far. I'm constantly on edge, but I'm becoming more and more nervous about when you reveal "Himself." I think I have an idea of who/what he is, but we'll see. :) I feel really bad for Briar, and I sincerely hope someone will pop up to put Cyr in line.

Doing happy flips when I saw the update! Loved this chapter like the others! Cyr resuing Briar, though a little late! Poor Briar, but really loved the little evil side of him. It had to be there after all he's been through. Dammit Henri get off the pot and get some of that Briar already! Himself and Cyr would probably kill them both but they have the coolest chemistry! Love it! Thanks much! Big hugs!!!!!!!!
