i just caught up on this story. i adore it to pieces and cannot wait for an update. i love that theres always a power stuggle between bose and jesse, and i also love how they're both in different ways coming to terms with this relationship and trying to work through it.

This is one of my favorite stories.. rereading it today just makes me love it even more (: I love how Jessie's slowly getting accustomed to having Bose around.. I especially like how you wrote "on his side of the bed", didn't catch that the first time. They're going to build the railroad through his land, aren't they? I cant't wait for the next chapter, especially now that Jesse gets to fuck around (I love when Bose gets jealous). Pretty pretty please with cherries on top update? Pleeeeeaaaase *begs on knees*.

I cannot believe it took me so long to discover this story! It is really REALLY great! Please keep up the updates, I'm just loving it. Thank you for not letting the characters fall for one another too quickly--the abuse is more realistic that way!

it's a sweet transition the way he finds thoughts about Bose twining around him while he's with other man...but Bose's reaction to him being with another is 'mild' compared what I thought will happen.
Can it be that Augustus and his pals are the ones hurting jesse's ranch because he needs to sell it for the railroad?
