Wow, this story is amazing. It is well written and it has a solid plot. My only problem with it is, shouldn't Jessie be more, I don't know, scared of Bose? Traumatized maybe? He just seems kind of okay with what Bose did and that he is going to keep doing it. And here is nothing I hate more than when people romanticize rape. And why doesn't Jessie just sell his cattle and land if he doesn't really care about them? Shanks suggested that he visit his aunt, but Jessie was all "my cattle" but then later he said he didn't care if people were killing them.

But anyway I really love your style of writing and how the characters are developing. I hope to see more in the future!
