Merry Christmas and Happy New Year! I am already hooked on this third book in the series and still am keeping my fingers crossed Edward and Michael end up together. ~~ Katie ~~

Woot update. I can't wait to see how this all ends. New family. What has the elder St. John done to them? I wanted to cry for Benedict in that last portion. Poor Dave not letting go of the past.

Damn! And I had to use Google translate on that Italian sentence. lol

Interesting your use of a Sherlock Holmes fan fiction piece. That would have been perfect a book or two ago when they were still looking for Dave. lol I've actually proofed a lot of Sherlock Holmes fan fictions for this girl in England.

Anyway...on to the story!

So...Alastair and Yvonne: a little incest is best, just keeping it all in the family, oh wait, a game the whole family can play. Yeah, lame I know. I couldn't help it.

Was that scum Anthony responsible for their parents' car crash? And how the heck did Alastair know Edward was going to be in London, at that shop? And Edward is sharp as a tack; he already figured out meeting Alastair was not coincidental.

I feel bad for Benedict now. He finally saw the real Dave. I'm glad he was strong enough to let him go; I'm glad he thinks better of himself than to stay with someone like Dave.

And Cedric; what a charmer! He charmed the pants of his 'grandmother' (haha) and Sybil isn't charmed by many. :) And the best part is he didn't even know he did it. We already know he charmed Mason; poor Mason can't get him out of his head.

This was a terrific start to another terrific book! Can't wait to read more! :)

Have a wonderful holiday Connor! Happy 2013! =)

Wow-start of book three, what a lovely surprise before Xmas!

Cedric and Sybil have a nice relationship building. They seem like two people of similar temperament who speak plainly and deal in realism. Hope that Cedric will take up the offer of school and do something he really wants to do, not just to get by.

Edward and Alastair were simmering nicely together, but Edward, all too aware of deception, is not taking him at face value. Clever boy.

Yvonne and Alastair, a tad incestuous but nothing is a surprise. Alastair’s mention of her being his sister and her reply of, ‘Not, really’ is interesting.

Dave coming back to Benedict was not a good idea. Guess he underestimated the conditions by which Benedict would freely be with him.

A solid start to the new book!
