Shit Babette, I've been trying to read this for days! And you keep updating! Which is good! lol
I just finished chapter 28 where Devin the Devil, (glad you like that; I thought it was quite fitting), is back. Why wasn't he picked up by the authorities? Or at least detained? Aren't they looking for him?
I really liked the conversation with Jesse's father. "....Besides being a murderer, he's a really great guy." Man, that was funny! :)
Ok, on to chapter 29. Damn that Devin the Devil.....

Ahhh! I've got a lot of catching up to do. Glad they're back in Denver with their family and friends and I'm happy for Jesse he got to meet his real father. And shit. Devin's back. Somebody needs to kick his ass all the way to planet Jupiter. Oh the suspense.

Ah, a cliffie! But a sorta good cliffie, right?
I can see how Jesse would be overwhelmed with all those people there. They're all there b/c of Jesse and Jesse's "relationship" with Devin the Devil.
I'm glad Luke's parents are coming around, at leas Lucy is. Ted doesn't seem all that far off either.

This would be such a perfect ending of this amazing story if not for the threat of that insane psychopath Demented Devin lurking somewhere, ready to strike.

Oh man Babette, I was trying to read this all day yesterday! I'm glad Chris and Co. found Stiles' estate, but now what? Now they're in big danger and Jesse's missing. Shit.
Oh and when Allie was telling Luke to call or text when he landed in Brazil; cell phones here in the states won't work down there unless you get an international calling plan on your cell phone contract. They can be put on temporarily I believe, but one is still needed. :)

*sighs* Clearly, Devin is extremely loose in the head. Someone must have dropped him when he was born and he hit his head hard on the floor. He should just die. The world will be a better place if he does. Oh gosh, run, Jesse, run!!! Or rather, swim. But he can't swim. Argh.

Omg, Stiles is so fucking deranged. Not an ounce of regret in him. So he's been planning all this for some time; the whole thing with Jesse. And he still had his brother in a freezer, so he knew what he would be doing eventually. Shit.
The really horrific truth is that there are people like Stiles out there, cold-hearted, insensitive, with no conscience.
