This is just awesome!! I really wasn't expecting that from Jian. It makes me think that the Postmaster is a bit more omnipotent than I had imagined. Maybe he knew Cry was going to choose Jian? Or not. either way, this new development is suspicious to say the least. Red glow? Does Jian come with super powers??

Oh and you should really pay attention to The Silent Rose. They have made some good points. Except for the communication thing. I think they could communicate Cry to Jian without words simply because Jian can smell/sense how Cry is feeling. Maybe if you made that clear.

This is a really interesting story and I look forward to seeing where this is going, but there are a few slips in the continuity that you might want to watch out for. Jian's eyes were gouged out, and he wears a blindfold, so how is it that he can blink or have any kind of look in his eyes? How is it that he and Cry were able to communicate without words in the previous chapter when Jian can't see Cry? Also, if Jian's tongue is split, rather than cutting off the first letter of his words, shouldn't he be talking with something akin to a lisp, unable to properly form his 't's and 'd' and 's's? He should be able to say Cry's name just fine, considering the fact that, as far as I understand it, he still has function over the parts of his tongue necessary to say it.

What for a beautiful story, I know I should feel more then *cuu~ute*, but it's so f$$$ing cute >.<
