WOW, that was so weired and good! it bend my mind into twisted knots and made me read parts of the story 3 or 4 times before i figured things out. the english i learned in school is simply not enough to understand it in the first go ;) the story got me hooked! I love the charakter Flicker, it fascinates me! Alistar makes my hairs stand up and i find myself wanting to know what he will do next: make me cringe at his maniac violance or cheer him on as he pisses Daaah..deeee of. most of all i' love to know wth happend and what is going to happen next. what is going on with Flicker? Is Rabbit the guy surrounded by static? Why did Owl take the way down and why did his partner take the way up? who is friend and who is foe? how are the vampires and the werewolfs connected with things that happened at owls place? are they bystanders or are they aware of things going on? you do a great job, please don't ever stop writing!!

Hello again! As with Aure, I read through all of this in pretty much one go, at roughly the same time, but I wanted to make sure it got its own review since it surely deserves it. I absolutely adore this story and its erratic and inconsistent narrative. I suppose maybe I'm a bit odd myself, but I actually deeply enjoy the huge amounts of uncertainty that result from having no idea who is telling their subjective truth versus who is telling the factual truth--the fuzziness from everyone's unique brands of utter madness gives rise to all sorts of possible interpretations in my head, to the extent that I'll almost be sad if/when one truth is confirmed over the others. Much as I know he's a horrific individual and incredibly dangerous, I can't help pointing out Alistair as my favorite character in this one... So utterly self-concerned, haphazard, and convinced of himself; such characters usually aren't written in a way that's so absolutely *enjoyable* while they themselves remain utterly *awful* people.

I wanted to continue reading this story, i really did. But the writing style of everyone taking random chapters and telling everything through their personal point of view is just confusing. i actually have to read half a chapter before recognizing who is the charater. Its exhausting.

Another riddle filled chapter and I LOVE IT! I wonder if Flicker is going to be turned as well and if so will it be Alister or Luci? I know I'll just have to read to find out.... Thank YOU for updating! read ya laters!

freaking brilliant as usual. it has been a long time since i was on this site... i trawled backwards in the archives looking for updates of my favourite stories. i am so happy and relieved to see more of your writing! it does things to me. i love the mood you sink me into. so so so so so sooooo delicious!!! i just want to read it forever. i LOVE the development of these relationships and the slow but certain development of the characters. everything is just so comfortable, i really feel, as i read a chapter of yours, like brilliant things will be experienced and it always turns out like that. that sounds weird. i find it hard to express what it is about your writing that i love. i just love it.

oh my goodness this was beautiful! and Laine sounded so lovely. i just never no what to say after reading your stuff. but i always have this feeling in me as though my heart is too high and i am usually a little breathless because i hold my breath as i read the gorgeous gorgeous writing. it just FLOWS!!!!!!!!! reading it, it is like something liquid!!!!!
i am in china for the time being and so i might not always be able to get to this site to read your work but whenever i can i will be on here scouring the pages for your updates!!!!
