Interesting read. Looking into Aure's mind is fascinating and realistic. I'm eager to fugure out what his purpose is in being purchased. Update soon.

any chapter of either story you write strikes cold and clear and so thrillingly.
cale is beautifully created. landon is as evil as ever. i am yet to understand mattias. how can he not know what landon is... particularly when he sees him with cale. or does he know and not care? he went to a slave market for crying out loud. how can he not know what Aure was "meant" for?
I love how Aure describes his delight in growing too old for landon and landon's stress over it. i love that now Aure understands what happened to him and i am now waiting eagerly for whatever Aure plans to do to Landon. I also can not wait for the secrets of Aure's origin to be revealed... please do reveal them eventually. basically i am whole heartedly grateful that you are continuing to write. i know you must know by now that i am a fan.
Aure is so fascinating. there are so many aspects about him that intrigue me. for instance, is he ever curious about wearing boy's clothing and cutting his hair?
he spoke in earlier chapters about how his value was contingent on his young-girlishness... but mattias does not seem to have any expectations of Aure at all when it comes to looking like a little girl... so will Aure begin to be curious about looking like a boy? i am not going to go ahead with the simplistic idea that mattias is a "good" character (your characters are too beautifully complex for the labels of good and bad) but he isnt treating Aure the way Landon wants to... and why is that? why does he even have him in his home really? what purpose does he serve for mattias? i know Aure was a kind of gift from Landon but why did mattias even agree to such a gift... is it becasue Landon holds some kind of incredible sway over Mattias? is mattias a kind of absent minded genius author type who just doesnt pick up on certain things and is easily manipulated? did he agree to have aure solely for the idea that he might serve as some kind of inspiration?
and Cale, i can not wait to learn more about him. i love the way you write. your touch is so light but the details are so powerful. that moment when Aure is beneath the tree and Cale is by his feet with his teeth open to the sky... so beautiful and i get such a sense of Cale's vulnerability and the quietness of that moment, the loneliness of the boys... it was such lovely writing.
and of course, the way everything is cast from Aure's quirky point of view... so gorgeous and enjoyable to read. i love how clinical he is. and how sensitive and just how odd he is. i love this so very very much.
and i am so freaking relieved that Landon has not been successful since the first time.
i wonder what Aure thinks about how Mattias might react if he learnt what Landon did. does he still think he would react the Landon threatened Mattias would act if he knew?
thank you once again!

this gets more intriguing every time it is updated. i just love it! Aure absolutely fascinates me. the library scene made my heart beat faster, would landon catch him? i was so worried! oh! poor little Aure! I hope mattias gets wise soon... and mattias is such an interesting character in himself. i cant help but speculate as to what kind of books he writes. thank you so very much for updating.

oh i love little aure so much... lol though at this stage of the story i am not sure he would understand that or approve... he is the most fascinating little thing. his quirkiness is addictive. i am aching for him though. everything is just so right with this story. there is absolutely nothing i have to complain about... I literally have no idea what will happen next. i love it! i have quite a few questions now though... for instance, what kind of time period is this? or is this an alternate reality kind of world? and what about the master (whose name i have forgotten...) he cant be completely oblivious can he? i mean he must know what most people do with/to the people they buy... has he no intentions at all of that? then why allow the evil guy to buy Aure? and why does he associate with the evil guy? or is he similar to the evil guy in ways? i just can no longer trust what i assume your characters to be. but it is so much fun to read them and puzzle at them as each chapter is put forth.
also... as for that moderator... seriously? that is commitment to moderating...
thank you and again, thank you for writing about aure.

yeah. it was as awful as you promised. regardless, aure's personality is always interesting. your characters in this are as alive as they are in the other story you have on here. i thought it interesting the way the bad guy acted in this chapter. his guilt? fear? of aure? aure is going to be so mentally screwed. i hate the bad guy so so so much. obviously.

A very necessary evil but I still enjoyed it immensely. I can't wait to see what happens next.

so the new guy is just as creepy as the codes in the summary promised? then again, i have learnt not to assume anything about your characters. i start to worry that my reviews all sound the same.
thank you for another wonderful chapter.

Intriqued and undoubtably pleased with this story. Your characters are so distinct and un-glamourous! I'm so psyched to see what is next for Aure! Geez that kid is only about 11 and he committed murder! I sympathized with him so greatly that I took a break from reading to wonder how I would've killed the old man. The Butler on the other hand...Why was he burning those pictures?? Very curious. I'll miss the cook. The man just left. I do not blame him in the least.
