I liked the story; the main character's background is slowly revealing, she's definitely interesting and probably very talented or powerful; you placed her so that she could see from inside the inner workings of the system that had destroyed her world; thus she can understand how to survive and pay back for everything they had taken away from her.
Will there be some explanation of how 'blinking' curse or charm works?
