I liked the idea of punishing Dorian with Basil's hands although a loving, repenting Dorian doesn't look credible.. as if he made an exception for Basil only and still stayed the same corrupted person. Yep, he isn't safe for himself and others.
The story is very beautiful, detailed, with accents on colours, smells etc. I wonder what kind of poet Durand was, too.
I wonder how it'd like to see re-incarnations of Harry and Basil fighting for Dorian's love and soul. Harry must be somewhere, too, suffering or corrupting, just like Dorian.
