Oooh, is this story going to have like a paranormal/supernatural type turn like in shapeshifters? That would be so cool. I don't think Adin has nothing to do with what happened to those guys or Kiro either. Herald isn't as innocent as he seems - I don't think. I think the FBI has the wrong suspects and the potential killer is someone else that is able to shift and disappear possibly maybe one of the guards? I don't know just some ideas but I can't wait to read what happens next! Great chapter!

Poor Adin, luckily Kito came to his rescue. That Herald is quite a weasel, I was ready to smack him but at least he had a decency to run for help.
The last part with the mysterious avenger was really exciting and spooky. Very nice.

I want to punch Herald myself right now but guess he just did what he had to in order to survive. I am thinking that Adin and Kiro have a history together but Adin doesn't remember probably because whatever happened the night he supposedly killed all those people (which I am doubting now) didn't happen the way he and everyone else thinks. I really like Derek and hope nothing bad happens to him. Wow, what happened? who is this mysterious 'attacker' and is Adin in danger from him? Update soon, k, I love this story!
