I just spent the better part of my day reading this whole thing and I enjoyed every moment of it. And I've haven't found very many original fics that have been able to keep my interest so I'm really glad to find this one. Also, count me in as one who really enjoys the flashbacks. Please don't stop with them. I really want to know what Kailin's mother is there for so I can't wait for the next update. ♥

If Lukin respects Graven, I suppose that the old whip scars are from before Zaks' bonding with Graven... These dominants are all fire but with a soft heart, aren't they ??? :D

Oh! Updates of this story always cheer me up and make me happy! :D

I have a feeling Kailin is misinterpreting Graven's actions because of his own inexperience or at least I hope he is :),I'm presuming Graven's acting that way out of fear and love for Zaks and I hope he is a good guy, otherwise why would Zaks love him...aww I already have a soft spot for Graven I hope I'm not wrong! He reminds me of Lukin except we don't know what he's thinking...
Haha, it's so funny to see Graven and Kailin fight I kinda hope we see more of them interacting...

Why do Lukin and Kailin have to fight, they are so cute otherwise...I can't wait to see the bonding! Ah!! I hope his mother doesn't complicate anything and gives him some positive advice...

And haha the king seeing the bondage marks on Kailin LOL!, I adore the taboo of that practice...

you know I often find that the best writers are most unsure about their work! Haha but that's fine because I think it's endearing and it really shows that you are serious about your writing and make every effort to perfect it! :) Soooo I think you do really well when you go with your gut instinct to change/keep something the same because they always seem to flow well with the story--so please keep on doing what you do :D. So I actually really liked this chapter! I am actually pretty intrigued by the Zaks/Graven relationship and I do hope you continue to give us little tid bits and more insight into that relationship--I have guesses but I will keep tight lipped about that! And ooo now Kailin's mum's back! What an interesting twist! I love how you are building up the intricacies in not only your characters behaviors and such but also external plot devices (such as the rebel assault, Kailin's mum, Zaks/Graven). I think showing the main characters' reactions to these events also create much insight and depth for them and make them come alive. Sooo how fitting that the feast chapter should be right near Thanksgiving ;). Can't wait to read about it next :D Thanks for the this chappie!

Oh, I do love this story! It feels like you are really taking the time to build these characters and I want you to know how appreciative I am of that! Even if I think I might die from all this angst!

My Goodness, Kaillin is so very stubborn. Zak's dominant is a real d**k though. And Kaillin's Mother! Why on earth is she back?! Im so excited and so gonna drive myself mad with curiousity

Yes another update! Favourite story at the moment. I am really surprised at Graven. Your description of him is not how I expected him to be, but he must have some redeeming qualities which I hope will be revealed later. I'm guessing he's just what Vox needs and wants. Happy you brought back the family into the mix again, they are a hoot especially the brothers and again I can't wait to read more about them. Poor Kallin, if only Lukin had asked him to bond all this tension wouldn't exist then again we wouldn't have this brilliant story if everything went smoothly. I also enjoyed the flashback, please keep it up! Great update!

Poor Kailin. Lukin should know how to approach this better. I am a bit surprised with Graven more because Kailin thinks he's abusive than his cold demeanor. I really REALLY hope that Kailin is wrong about him being abusive. I want the two to be happy together. great job and can't wait for the next update
