Damn it Kailin! Stop fucking it up! I can't neceassrily blame him, but I was also surprised when he didn't defend Lukin. He's always such a spitfire and adores Lukin. I feel really bad for Lukin, but at the same time I'm glad that he refuses to bond with Kailin if Kailin truly doesn't want him. That's love and I can only hope that Kailin will realize that every once in awhile he needs to be willing to chase after Lukin. great job!

glad to see you back with these two although I did really enjoy Husband for Holidays! This chapter was awesome with all new twists and misconstrued actions and emotions thrown in! Can't WAIT for the next one, though! Thank you and Happy New Year! Looking forward to more!

OMG WHYYYYYYYYYYY? Why why why why why why why???? I feel like i have just been sucker punched in the stomach with all of these feelings!!!! Ugh, I am like seriously crying right now. I feel so bad for Lukin!!! I absolutely love this story, even if the ending to the most recent chapter ripped my heart out of my chest and then put it through a paper shredder. I am seriously like in a glass case of emotion right now and I won't be able to deal until Kailin tells Lukin that he loves him!!! I can't say I was really surprised by your introduction of Zaks' bonded (Graven, right?), because you described him so well in the previous chapters, but certainly he's quite a contrasting character, compared to the others so far.
Lukin...seems to need to start thinking about how to talk to Kailin to avoid these kinds of conflicts. Maybe someone should point this out to him? Or would it work better if Kailin got mad and blurted it out, instead? ;)
I'm looking forward to the bonding and all, yes, no worries for you there.
