I kinda thought that too, Salem only wants Rain to get better as soon as possible so Salem can get back into the physical swing of things! But who knows what goes on in that demented head of Salem's. At least he gave Rain some much needed privacy for his bath.

ummm i really hate to say it but i really liked the first version better. I felt so much more of what rain was feeling, especially during the time when salem was practically stalking him. The panic and nearly crazy state of mind that salem put him in is so real and i could feel it reach the climax, it made my chest hurt for rain. In this one i don't get the same amount of descriptive feeling and salem gives off the feeling of being crazy in this version. I like the gentler but only slightly sadistic salem, he's more vulnerable. I don't know i just like the first one better, i still re-read it to this day. But i think it is very interesting that you revamped Loving Salem, cootoz to you for trying it out. i'm sure my opinion doesn't mean much, but! just can't resist giving it :)

I LOVE IT!!!!! I can't wait to find out about Salem's past (and present) situation. Getting little crumbs now and then is killing me :P

I wouldn't feel sorry for Salem a damn bit who cares if you were by yourself, I would be totally enjoying my Christmas break freedom away from Salem XD!

Poor Rain. Salem tortures him so much. I especially feel bad for Rain b/c Bristol was really being an ass and he was so mean to Rain.

At some points Salem seems so kind and caring, then of course I remember the horrible things he's done/is doing to Rain and I forget the nice parts. lol

Oh, and I had forgotten the girl in this chapter with the same name as me. lol And my mom thought she made it up. :)

I absolutely adore this and while I understand why Rain hates Salem there are just these things that Salem says that hints that he's had this awful life up to this point that just makes it impossible for me to hate him. I'm glad that Salem stuck up and protected Rain. I feel bad for poor Salem. He seems to have given up. I think Rain may be catching on a bit and this may be that starting point where hate turns to love. great job! :D can't wait for more

Ooooo! Rain is going to GET it! I'm so curious as to what the punnishment will be and more importantly, how it will affect Salem/Rain's relationship. Awesome chapter!

Awww! Poor Salem :'(!! On the other hand, that was some lovely emotional buildup! You really know how to pull on my heartstrings. Team Salem!

I'm still not sure whether to feel sorry for Salem or just hate him for what he's doing to Rain. Does this mean things are a little more open about their relationship at school, as people would have seen him coming to Rain's rescue? And now Rain has no other friends to turn to (although they really weren't there much in the first place). I always look forward to your updates- love your work :)
