MUCH better than the first time around. Everything flows better, and I like the character development -- as well as the fact that they stay, fundamentally, themselves. I do wish you hadn't gotten rid of the first one, though, because then I could compare :/

Oh no Kereliah! It's over???? I was so depressed when I read this was the last chapter.

I remember vaguely from the first go around that at one point Rain was in school w/Salem and defending him to the teachers, explaining to them how smart he really was. Maybe in the sequel other people will find out how smart Salem really is. (That was a big hint, btw. lol)

I am so saddened to find out the story is now completed. I looked forward to reading each and every chapter. I would get so excited and let out a little squeal every time I saw you updated. This re-write was so much better than the first one, (not that the first one wasn't great, but you know what I mean. lol), and I'm happy that Rain pretty much came to the conclusion that he did like Salem, (at least in some way), and he wanted to continue to see him, but on HIS terms of course.

Oh,I was wondering: why did Salem just happen to have the hard copies of the photos he took of Rain? Does he always carry them in the pocket of his sweatshirt?


And now that they're together in a more equal relationship, will Salem ever eat in front of Rain? I mean, besides the ice cream from this chapter. And will he ever change his clothes? All these questions.....lol

This was such a terrific story Kereliah. I look forward to reading more from you.:)

Wow I can not tell you how much I really just love this story. I really liked the original but this is even better!!!! Wonderful wonderful job!!!!! I can't wait to read your next story!!!!

Please please please tell me there's going to be an epilogue? Perhaps of a few years later. Rain's mom off adventuring, Rain and Salem living together? Pretty please? It would wrap this up so nicely and all that jazz.

I am not above bribing, I love this story so much and I SO want to see it published, but I would be happy with an epilogue for now. Pretty please? So I don't die of my favorite story ending?

Wow... I loved the ending but I don't think I was ready for the story to end. What an amazing story, it is definitely in my top 5. Are you thinking of doing a sequel? I for one would love to see Rain and Salem trying to build a normal relationship. But anyway, thank you very much for writing this story for all of us to read, it was beautiful :)

Wow, that's quite the ending. I didn't think that Rain would choose Build a relationship with Salem after all that abuse, but I'm glad he did. I'm even happier that he chose to stand up for himself. Growing up is not all about maturing in the physical sense, a lot of it is learning who you are and how to deal with a given situation. Rain really did have grow quick. I like how the story does have a positive ending but not necessarily a perfect one. Theres no way that Rain and Salem will have an easy relationship, but there is a possibility that it may good for both boys.

I didn'y quite expected it to end so soon, but I really liked it. I think it tied up all the loose ends, but also had a hint of realism with the whole not everything can necessarily be forgiven. I really enjoyed the story and hope to see more written by you in the future! :D fabulous job!

Absolutely loved it -was wondering how the ending would be, and I thought it was perfect. Please, please, please write another! I know easier said than done but I'll keep my figures crossed. Thank you!
