WOW. I haven't read back through the story yet but I am amazed by the authors thoughtfulness in response to reviews. I am an avid reader, but not a writer. I haven't a clue the process writers go through to get a story out. I just get to sit back on my happy keester and enjoy reading from start to finish in one sitting.

So thank you for the story and I'm looking forward to future updates.

I really like the concept of the story, however the lack of follow up about the elevator attack is appalling to me. Not like it happened in a back alley. No law enforcement involved??? Shawn somewhat making a joke of it in the S&M movie "practice "?? The author's warning that Marshell is "whinnying" about nightmares of past abuse is bizarre to me. The boys response is quite subdued in my opinion. I saw no warning of PWP for this story, so I at therem hopeful that this is addressed later. I admit haven't finished yet. But I am bothered enough that I guess I wanted to get these thoughts out there.

Chapter 19 is especially powerful to me. Would love to see this as a novel. Marshal is so emotionally complex, would like to see a bit more depth to Shawn. Thanks for this great story.

I'm glad that Shawn and Marshall are back together. Maybe Shawn has grown up these past two years? Let's hope so.

Kinda strange about this Joe dude. Why does he want to know so much about Marshall? And it seems like his break-up with Shawn wasn't that devastating.

You know part of the reason I decided to read your story was because it was updated before a few of the other one's I've read. I didn't start to read your's because I thought this story had "cop's" in it. The first name Marshall made me think it was one of those. I'm enjoying it and I'm glad it wasn't what I thought but you might want to let others know this too you might be missing out on readers because they think it's come cheesey cop story. But so far so good.

Holy crap! What freaking rock was I hiding under that I missed like TEN chapters!!!! How the hell did that happen?

I'm actually really glad I could read all the chapters in one go, b/c it woulda driven me NUTSO to stop with all your little cliffhangers! lol

I remember leaving off when Shawn was being an ass and kicked Marshall out of his house and told him he never wanted to see him again. Then I find out that TWO YEARS!!!!! has gone by! TWO YEARS!!!! That's like a freakin' lifetime!

I am just so glad they found each other again. Shawn better not fuck this up; he's got to think before he opens up his stupid mouth. Maybe take some anger management classes.

I'm looking foward to the next update. I got rid of my rock, so I should be good to go. =)

Well I have to tell you that I read the last 8 chapters or so and I loved it all!
It was so heart wrenching at times that it made me cry! ;( lol
If I cried then I guess that you did a good job at writting their feelings :)
