thank you so much for posting that chapter i can't tell you enough how much i love your characterization of Paulie how you slowly make him more and more human-like. i checked this story everyday for weeks then i don't check for a while and BAM here it is XD i can't wait to read more :)

I was pleased to read this too! I really enjoy this story so far. I want to see Finn find out that Paulie does have feelings (for him and in general,) and finally bridge the gap more between what is human and what is not really human (like a toaster.)

Even with the delays just don't drop this! I already read too many dropped stories that were never finished!

anyway. i really really really wonder now, for Paulie's future. it's like he's developing a mind of his own. With programs in his head. and With an 'owner' that doesnt know what's he doign really. xD
not to mention the glitches! dangerous things they are, these glitches... XD

I think this whole 'forming opinions like a sentinent being' is messing up with the semantics of Paulies programming.

You made me forget I haven't even logged in! This is an amazing story! I like how Paulie is developing his own personality without even knowing it, but I worry about the consequences. I hope that there isn't a repeat of waking up in the 'Forced' program and that his actions don't have dangerous repercussions to his system. D:

Love the story, Love the AI's attitude and Love Finn's character!! You write their emotions so realistically. If this is simply smut pretending to be a story (I think you said that in chapter 4 or 5) then your actual stories must be awesome!!

I liked this chapter better than the others mostly because Paulie seems to be feeling feelings-- and then spending time on analyzing what is happening, and the skill with which that is written is beautiful. the otherness of what he is feeling, whether a nightmare or just an emotion is just so skillfully written in that it surprises me, and transports me to a realm of fantasy where I am forced to really LOOK at how the world interacts with me, and my emotional reaction to all of my sensations and feelings, and impressions. Wonderfully done, Attackegg, just superb bending of my reallity.
