The language is pretty good considering you're not a native speaker. It shows here and there but isn't intrusive.
I am a bit worried that your character gives in as easily as she does. She's clearly a strong, professional woman, probably not unfamiliar with the risks of blackmail. Why would she put herself physically in the hands of the crazy sadist, it's clearly not going to keep her from ruining her life anyway.
I don't have a problem with her giving in to it, but I think you should think more about why she does. If it's guilt, does she feel like she's doing the Mrs a favour by agreeing?
