A nice chapter to get to know the characters a little bit more. They both seem to have a similar temperament; both kind and gentle souls. Though I suspect that Sion is actually many years older than Adrian (Angel years). How old is Sion supposed to be on earth?

Would love to learn a little bit more about Adrian who seems a genuine humble soul, helping someone without asking for anything in return (or so it seems). It would be nice to understand why he trusted a stranger like Sion enough to allow him to stay in his home. And his reasons for not questioning Sion - family, friends, where he is from? - very interesting.

Look forward to reading more soon!!!

Hey, I like this first chapter! You should let the "anons" review. I think you can allow them to review somehow from your author panel or whateva it is called. You can probly get more reviews this waay...

A nice start to what seems like a promising story.

Like your descriptive writing and the way in which you have provided background information on why Sion is on earth, through his internal dialogue.

Felt sorry for Sion and his lack of funds, but Adrian (the one he was searching for) was his saviour, so it was not all bad.

Suspect the lack of funds was a calculated ploy by Gaia; providing an opportunity with her 'ethereal intervention' as Sion was having a little trouble trying to find him.

Thought the chapter was too short – which means I enjoyed it and would have liked more!!!!!!

Looking forward to more soon!
