Ch. 18: Sigh. I would love for you to send Michael my way but I'm afraid he's probably done with straight females and I'm married :( lol....!!
A couple of things: Robert didn't deny he and Antonio C. weren't lovers! I gasped when he didn't! I don't think they were or maybe Antonio experimented once with him and he felt guilty over it.
Second: Antonio C. is so devious calling Edward and letting him think he's calling from the U.S.!! And I am really, really hating Edward's father. What a pompous ass!! He calls Edward a cocksucker when he's messing around with little boys. My mind nearly explodes just trying to wrap around how he justifies his homophobic comments!!! I am so looking forward to the showdown between Sybil and him. It's going to be fun!!
P.S., don't worry about not updating everyday. Seriously, you have spoiled us rotten by doing so!! There are around 10 stories I follow on here and most of them only every two weeks or so. :)

Ok, so I'm sitting in the bleachers. I'm supposed to be watching my kid wrestle, but nooooooo, I'm reading "On the Edge". Gotta catch up ya know! So I'm sitting there, making all these notes on the sides of the little brochure they hand out. I'm sitting there, reading and making notes like I'm studying for a test, when I supposed to be watching wrestling!
So, Benedict knows Edward is his half brother and obviously he knows he fucked him, haha, and Edward knows his half brother's name is Benedict Taylor but that name doesn't ring a bell? Was Benedict using another name when he met Edward?
And who the fuck is Steve? Is he Dominic? And what the hell did Gregory (that poor sod) learn about Anthony's (not to be confused with Antonio) finances that got him killed? Now Aiden is following down the same path, except he got a warning to stop. He seems like a good guy, but Edward's not sure. Of course the betrayal he felt from Gregory's corpse could have been from something/someone else, right? Ooohh, ooohh, maybe he felt betrayed by Edward, b/c Edward wouldn't hook up with him again and Edward admitted there was someone else (if I remember correctly). Maybe he felt EDWARD'S betrayal, not Aiden's. Just saying...
Now, why the hell is Antonio(not to be confused with Anthony, lol) lying to Edward? Why doesn't he want to speak with Michael? What's he up to? Maybe he wanted to make sure Michael was safe and had an alibi before Antonio decided to confront/kill Phillips?
And this whole Cedric/Mason thing. Idk...is Mason on the up and up? Was Phillips really behind the car that almost hit him? I didn't even realize Phillips tracked Cedric down. I didn't think he did, b/c I don't remember reading about it.
Ok, so now I'm all caught up and there's NO MORE BLOODY CHAPTERS!!!!! Bloody fucking hell.
Now Connor, I am gonna be going thru MAJOR FUCKING WITHDRAWAL here. I know my refresh button is gonna be broken by the time Wednesday comes along. You've really spoiled us rotten with all your wonderfully quick updates! :)

Damn! Why does everyone want to bitch slap Edward?
We have two completely different personalities working together here, and they have different ways in which they deal with the world around them.
Michael verbalises his feelings while Edward internalises. In terms of personality, Michael is very extroverted, you know when he is happy, sad, angry, or scared, as he is very expressive, and not just with his hands!
However, Edward is at the other end of the emotional spectrum with regards to expressing his emotions. He is more introverted he thinks his emotions through, and then shelves them, and others find it difficult to read him (book 1 and book 2 so far). Sex is his means of defusing his emotions.
This behaviour is influenced by his parents, entire upbringing and life lessons, and has formed a good well seasoned façade that he uses as a mask, usually in the form of detachment. He is stuck in a self-perpetuating cycle of wanting to do something and doing nothing and wanting to do something about doing nothing.
Edward is on his own in the big wide world, while Michael still has the love of his sister and father, and others who are there for him. Edward has no-one. His one indiscretion (or was it?) was meaningless.
His lack of asking Michael about his sister, was misjudgement on is part. He should have asked, but that would mean calling him and offering himself as another crutch for someone else to lean on, while he himself is just treading water.
Michael will win him over, he is good for him, he can see through the aloofness and he will break that resolve – At least hope so! Because Edward is on his way to a nervous breakdown, I mean his brother!?!?!…what kind of damage control can you do with that!
From a person who is by no stretch of the imagination a romantic, just a realist reading between the lines!!

oh, so the fathers on the hunt now tooo.... oh man. that family needs to be saved. im really worried for the cas father now.
i really want mason to nail phillips...
and i wonder, when edward finds bene, and along side dave, i wonder if he'll just let dave be and not turn him in... its not like he can prove dave did anything, theres no proof really. unless, you know, by voice, via the phone calls the cops recorded.

Oh dear, I do not understand why do you hate writing lemons if you completely rock at them? Tut tut, how unfortunate. Lets just hope you more of them in the near future.... specially for lovely Cedric and his bulky dominant detective. Do not get me wrong, I love Eddy boy and Mikey can flip flop, but nothing like a youger and beautiful twink with a hot, dominant man to keep one's heart running.
Antonio also in England. That is marvelous. Really adds a new tone to the story; it is so good he can take charge of the situation while dear Michael continues helping Edward. Nice concept of Davide and Antonio joining forces without knowing.. ahh the possibilities in your story are really nice.
Lol, bonding moment, what a nice turn-out as well. Suddenly feeling the need to bond with Edward and not only that, keeping the money hidden from eveyone is so interesting...makes you wonder why did she do it.
Dominic and Dave, another pairing I really love. So much passion and angst in one package.

Michael and Edward - Phew! Very nice indeed. Like the dominant Michael and the uppity Edward.
Sex and the ‘L’ word…almost! The frown on Michael’s face after Edward’s almost there confession is very interesting. Guess he is disappointed Edward said ‘I think might I love you, whatever that means’ as opposed to a declarative ‘I love you’ - More angst, how could you?!?!? – Loving it!!!!!!!
To tell you the truth, with regards to the money, I really don’t see Edward having a problem sharing with Benedict, even after all is revealed. He does not seem that kind of character. It is the other family members who will have a problem – But we shall see!
Mason once again showing his care for Cedric by his - oh so the gentle method of ‘roughing him up’, while asking him to explain how he nearly got run over (maybe he should have taken his chances with the car). Mason – Yes he is fun!!!!!

ah! you did it again! Somehow I felt like we would hear of Antonio again, but I didn't expect it to be an important roll. and now he seems to take a bigger part in this book.
and who is steven, could it be Dominic? Could it be that old st.john is going to be killed soon as well? i mean whoevery offed Gregory and threatens the new guy means big trouble doesn't he?
you surprised me by the way i thought dave new that benedict and edward were brothers and therefore i thought Dave had bad intention toward benedict <- totally wrong! nevertheless happily waiting to read the next chapters.
