I've read this in one sitting, and all I can say is you sir, are brilliant.
This story is fantastic! I can tell you how thrilled I was trying to make sense of your rapidly twisting plot-line, and
trying to figure out who was guilty of what.
Although I underestimated the depth of your plot, I had Robert Pegged almost right from the get go and my suspicion of him
didn't waiver an inch despite chapters lacking anything indicating him. I'm so pleased my intuition was right!
I was able to guess a few other culprits, but even so I was always surprised in the manner of which you revealed them, and
revealed others that I never would have guessed at (Sandstrom).

You've said that this is you're first time writing an original piece of work despite being familiar with fanfiction.
To this I must say that you are incredibly talented to weave such a complex plot (that's still ongoing!) with realistic characters, and while
there may have been a few "un-realistic" moments or what have you (I didn't mind them, author's privileges), I really felt as though I was
reading a published work like that of Tess Geristen & other fantastic crime writers. I'm thoroughly impressed, and itching to read your fanfics! haha.

I may wait for you to complete book 2 before I move to it, it's going to be a struggle I can tell you that much, but the treat of reading it in one sitting
is far too tempting (I like keeping details fresh!).
I'm eagerly looking forward to the following books!

huge compliment on this story.^^
i have to say that normally i don't really go for crime/lil bit of supernatural?! but this one got me hooked up right away.
now for my question: why did edward never get 'bad vibes' from phillips, when obviously he did touch him on occasions?
it would really make my day, if you answer my question.

greetings from ckk

Chapter 34 - I, for one, absolutely love all the plot twists and surprises. If you didn't update so fast I'd probably forget most of it, though.

Chapter 36 - Jesus. Phillips just keeps getting dirtier. His closet full of skeletons is a maze.

Chapter 39 - I had a feeling that would happen but that really sucks, I liked her. Anyway I absolutely love this story. It's so refreshing to see a new story on this site that's well written, has likable characters, and updates frequently. Going to start part 2 tomorrow!

I didn't get a chance to read this last night. So...I'm sitting in the bleachers, at a wrestling tournament all day, bored out of my mind, so I decided to read the last chapter of this amazing story. I'm sitting there, trying to hide my tears as I'm reading about poor Paula (hit and run aimed for Luciana, I'm guessing). I was also torn up over the fact that Edward couldn't say those three words to Michael, especially after Michael confessed to Edward that he loved him. We all know he does, even he does, he needs to admit it to Michael.

Anyway....after I ran to the bathroom to bawl over Paula and Edward and Michael's separation, I read the first two chapters of Book Two. But I'll comment there.....it is kinda strange that all the bad guys seem to be heading to England just when Edward is. I wonder if there's any connection. After all, didn't Dave say he was always watching Edward? Could this all be a set-up; one big master plan for Dave? Hmmm, ok see you at Book Two! :)

Shit. I was just reading a review and totally forgot that Edward had a premonition about Paula not living long. God that's creepy. And now it came true. Well, shit.

I'm really impressed with your first original novel. It is articulate and smart. The plot was well thought out,the fates of the murder victims gave me a vested interest in following the story to find out who the killer was. Your story has a nice pace even the cliffhangers, which drive me crazy here, keep one turning the page eager to find out what happens next. I enjoyed the characters and dynamics of the Castellini family. Your ideas were well thought out and thought provoking as how a family would deal with uncomfortable news. Congrats on a job well done. I'm looking forward to tomorrow when the new story starts....
