Im really loving this story. I totally loved the part where Cricket got so angry that she set the Rogues on fire. Serves them right trying to hurt Ellery like that. Im starting to agree with Ellery on Crickets father, hes starting to sound like a complete ass, well maybe he had his reasons, cant wait to find out what happened there. Please repost soon, I would love to find out what happens next.

Risky place to have their wedding night eh? A bed all these months and they choose to have it completely away from their bed! Cricket's dad sure did do questionable things in the past. I wonder if she'll hate her 'Dad' when she finds out the truth. Like this trying to beat her identity out of her? That was awfully sad. It reminds me of a a sentence I read when I was doing my research on my research essay about the dangers of keeping exotic, wild animals as pets and it's like what Cricket's dad did to her. Instead of catering to the animal's, or in this case Cricket's nature, her dad tried to change or suppress the nature of Cricket to suit his purposes.
She may have had the love but, there was still a price she had to pay yeah? She had to suppress her true self to enjoy her family.
I can't wait to find out the secrets of the Janjua family!

Great story! Ellery doesn't seem like a good match for her, in my opinion. I don't know why but, he just doesn't seem to fit her.
It seems like Cricket's true lineage and past is catchin up to her. Really looking forward to reading more!
