Ch. 13: OMG! I love how you made the connection from Rick's son to Tyler's son by having them have a sleepover. Perfect!!! Now Dave is in Tyler's house and I about died when Tyler said he thought he saw Dave before. :) Will Dave stay the night? And I can't wait to find out the history between Dean and Tyler. This story is getting so good!

Since you like to tie things together. I would bet my mama that's Tyler. This is a good story. It is a nice idea to have Tyler fall for Davey while he is "ugly" which I am assuming is both the idea and Rick's plot. Since a person is always the most beautiful when loved for who they are, not what they look like. Though I guess I don't know what is ugly about acne. Maybe I am defensive since my boyfriend has it and I don't really even see it. I think he is a gorgeous man despite a few bumps. Hell, I don't notice them really until others point them out. PS. Robert is so awesome. I want his tie collection.

I LOVED this chapter! Love Love LOVED IT!! Tyler is such a gentleman. He is just the sweetest man! I loved getting to know how his son came into the picture. There is no love lost for Elizabeth, that is for sure. I also adore the way he told that bimbo off when she insulted Davey. Why are people so rude and mean? I'm getting the sneaking suspicion that Tyler is going to fall for Davey and not because of his looks. But because he's a good person and friend to him. And Davey is going to be even more unwilling to give up the charade because of it. Or will Tyler and David meet again outside of work? I can't wait!

Hey, I don't know what rock I just crawled out of, but I missed an update somewhere along the way...

So Tyler outed himself and Davey outed himself. But something's gonna tell me Tyler is NOT going to be pleased when (or if) he finds out about the REAL Davey! Tyler seems like a sensitive guy and I love the fact that he wanted full custody of Timmy despite the fact that his ex-wife is a homophobic ass.

Dave's falling deeper and deeper and he's gonna be mighty disappointed if Tyler fires him or something. Although Dave didn't misrepresent his work abilities, so I'm not sure if legally he could fire him. But at any rate; he could demote him to another department altogether. I'm sure Davey would be so disgusted with himself he'd quit.

Anyway....LOVED, LOVED the chapters! Looking forward to the next one! :)

Davey and Rick's interactions together are priceless, you really have them coming off
as really good childhood friends.
Also, Davey is just so loveable! I like how he appears rather meek, but is hiding quite the attitude.
It's driving me crazy that Davey is so close - yet so horribly far- to Tyler. I'm already (fearfully) anticipating
the revelation. It's going to be a big ball of awkwardness. Yet somehow..I think Robert knows something is up (that man is hilarious).
Even though he's been an ass to Davey, I have a feeling Dean's going to be a person of interest in this fic~

Your update always makes my day. One just can't help but love Davey. Ugly or not, he is an utterly charming character. I thoroughly enjoyed his conversation with Dean - haha, Mr. Smith has one hard nut to crack with the new employee.

Ch. 11: Oh shit! Tyler showed up at the bar! OMG! What a cliffhanger!

OK, a few things that I found interesting. When Dean said to David in the elevator, "Tyler may get off on how you look...." I went, Uh? Reall? Tyler is liking that David dresses like a goofball? This is interesting! So there had to be some conversation between Dean and Tyler regarding David! Probably Dean complaining about David and knowing Tyler, he's determined now to keep David around just to piss Dean off! I hope so..lol.

Also, I find Tyler's reaction to David so endearing. He truly doesn't care how David looks. And I have to say, David shoving that donut in Dean's mouth was hilarious! Soooo funny! I love that about David. He's fearless and just doesn't care.

Thanks so much for the update! I just want to hug Davey. He is so clever and fierce, I'm sure Tyler will fall in love with him even if he looks horrible.

Will Tyler and Dave meet at the club again?
