Do I sense something developing between Dres and Luke? :)

I am not gonna lie, this story is not what I would typically read. It is just so common day and I tend to be much more of a fantasy/action fan. However, the way you portray your characters makes them feel so real that I can't help but be enamored with your story. Even though it is not my typical genre, I am absolutely in love with your work! I can't wait for the next chapter and I really am looking forward to seeing how everything plays out. You have a fantastic and unique voice that gives your story such a down-to-earth and relatable feel while still managing to keep me hooked and on the edge of my seat! Thank you for your updates and keep up the good work!!!

I can't believe Perry is so dependant on Jude for food! He's a grown man and can't find something to eat? lol

I loved the last line Dres made: no wonder you're always sucking on those things. Or something like that! lol Perfect line! hahah

OMG!!!!! Your update totally made my freaking day! I read this story a long time ago (august) and I really loved it then and kept it on my WIPs list in hopes that you would update it!! So what a lovely surprise to find you have and changed the name. I haven't read chapter 7 yet because I need to reread 1-6 first. Be back with a review soon :)

I'm delighted that you are back with another chapter. All the characters seem like real people in the "tangible" universe - I could imagine going out and actually meeting Jude, Perry or Dres... There is nothing pretentious about their behaviour and even though they have faults it's what makes them even more appealing. Sometimes I come across stories where the characters behave in an utterly ridiculous fashion what just leaves me pondering whether they all have a serious case of angstyish hormone driven as*hole syndrome. So glad to note its absence here.
Oh, and I must mention that I adore the tension between Jude and Dres. I definitely desire more of it... and SOON.

Okay, okay, I do, but... can you really blame me? This story is just THAT good.

Ch. 7: I really love the characters in this story. Jude is awkwardly adorable. Perry is cluelessly sweet. And Dres is seductively hot. However, I have zero feelings for Kitty. Could really care less about her and her sob story. I have more interest in the owner of the bookstore and bakery than her. I find it hard to believe that Perry has no idea how Jude feels about him (of course, this is Jude's perception.) Maybe he does know Jude is gay and in love with him. But then again, why would he chance hurting Jude by bringing Kitty into their relationship? He has to know by Jude's reaction to her that he's jealous and finds her threatening. I'm anxious to find out if Dres is gay or bi and whether or not he'll make a move on Jude, now that he knows Jude's sexual orientation.

lol! what was that at the end? was that a joke, or an innuendo?

Oh PLEASE, I'm begging you, to please update this story. This is one of my favorites. It's so well written and I love the premise. :)
