I love the story! I'm glad Sidney broke up with Alex already. But I'm not sure if Alex found him or if Sidney left because he didn't want to be a burden on Brandon--I'm thinking it might be more of the former though, but I can't wait to read what happens nest. Oh shit, oh shit, oh shit. Brandon should have had Sidney call him from the work phone as soon as he got in. Then at least he would have known SIX HOURS AGO that Sid never made it. Damn it. What the hell did Alex do to him now? Ha, it was too quiet; I knew Alex would be plotting something. He was just biding his time. He knows Sidney's work schedule. Shit, Sid should have had a bodyguard or something.

Well, thank God Brandon came back and found Sidney. Sidney should definitely stay with Brandon. Just take it easy until he's feeling better. It also couldn't hurt him talking to someone. He needs to work on his self-esteem (or lack of) issues.

Oh god, they need to toss that fucker Alex into jail ASAP. Glad that Sidney's finally gotten past his whole victim-blaming mentality, it's been long overdue.

though we don't actually see too much of Alex he has taken on a sinister persona in my mind from everything people say and the little glimpse we have gotten of him thus far. That is some really good writing on your part to convey so much about a character without actually telling the reader. I wish the boys would just hurry it up and confess their love already. Everyone including themselves realizes it and like Alex it is driving us up the WALL!

Ugh characters like hi frustrate me so damn much, I know that it's definatly real and there are people out there who won't get out of bad relationships but it's just really irritating to see. I don't think I could be able to hang in there for years with a friend who refused to see reason.

And what is going to happen next?! What a cliffhanger!

I agree Brandon control Sidney to some extent, but certaily not to the extent that Alex does. Alex is dangerous and he's basically being kept prisoner in that apartment. He needs to get away from Alex. For good. He needs to go back when Alex is at work, and take all his stuff and stay the fuck away from Alex. Forever.

Sidney is so vulnerable, he'll believe anyone, especially Alex, whom he shouldn't believe. Brandon is his best friend; he'll always be there for Sidney. Sidney should know Alex is telling lies about Brandon just so he'll have Sidney all to himself. What a bastard Alex is.
