Maybe, now that you mention it, AFI sounds vaguely familiar. I probably heard it on our alternative stations. I know my sixteen yr. old listens to Octane and Alt Nation on XM; they're both alternative. I'm sure he's heard of them! lol

Yes, I actually YouTube'd Melissa, Billie Joe, Davey H(whatever his name is,sorry! lol) and of course my FAVORITE Tony Vincent and decided although I LOVE, LOVE, LOVE Melissa, and of course Billie Joe, but.....TONY VINCENT IS ST. JIMMY AND THERE CAN BE NO ONE ELSE!!! So there, I've said my peace. Haha, but seriously, Tony Vincent (who btw has been in many Broadway show) is super hot, so there! lol :)

(Im gonna butt in on the American Idiot note. lol My friend saw Davey's run as St. Jimmy. She said he was amazing and that role suited him perfectly. =3 Oh and there was lots of glitter lol and he signed her bill. Lucky bitch..)

Haha, who's Davey? I actually saw American Idiot TWICE last summer! And that's NOTHING! There were girls there who go every freakin' weekend! lol It's too bad it's not playing anymore. :( I wanted to go one last time before they closed up (Billie Joe was playing St. Jimmy on and off since January), but since I had my slipped disc/sciatica problem, I couldn't go. :(
In March (I think it was March), Melissa Etheride (my favorite singer!) played St. Jimmy! I missed that one too! :(
Anyway, the two times we (my 13 yr. old and I) saw it, Tony Vincent (hot, hot, hot, sexy, scary hot! lol) played St. Jimmy. And his voice is the one on the soundtrack. The cast that we saw (the original cast) is the ones on the soundtrack, and I must say, sorry Green Day, you are great and all, but the cast was 100 times better! Maybe b/c whenever I hear the cast, I picture the scene from the stage, Idk, but if you can get it, maybe on Itunes?, you should buy it, it's phenomenal! :)

Oh, and btw: Green Day has nothing on the cast of American Idiot doing "Give Me Novacaine"! I'm a huge Green Day fan and personally the cast of American Idiot is so much better than Green Day! lol
