I love James and Patrick's interactions! They're so witty and adorable hehehe. Hmm, Patrick is a stubborn one lol, he THINKS he doesn't want anything to do with Joss' brother 8D. I can't wait for your next update, I'm sure James will eventually convince him otherwise. :]

A brilliant start with a protagonist that makes my smile begin to hurt my cheeks. Lighthearted and fun and I can't wait to read more. I'm so glad I started when there were four chapters written! Yay.

Chapter two literally made me laugh out loud. Hard enough that my husband jumped in his chair! (The part where he pretends he's an answering machine, if you're wondering). You have a lovely way of developing a character. I just adore Patrick's personality and Joss is hilariously nosy and impertinent. I hope you're in love with this story as much as me!

Well actually I love reading about Joss and Patrick, and, of course, James. It always feels weird when you're not writing about the love interest, but secondary characters with so much life in them really give a story more power. Some people may not like it, but anyone who looks for a story that is more than just about the unf unf unf, likes to hear about other characters.

And the trick to writing something outside of the main romance is to make it interesting. Which you do. Your humor is a great hook. You do what awesome writers do, you make me want to read more about anything and everything to do with Patrick and his life. I didn't feel anything in that chapter that made me think 'too much information'.
