I just finished reading through the whole story and I have to say I loved it. You moved the plot along beautifully and maintained your style throughout the whole piece.
If I had to find a flaw with it, I'd say that it is a bit hard to believe the extreme switch between religious boy - deeply in love guy who flips out completely on his old life. The way it's written, however does make this change pretty believable, which is a pretty hard feat, so congrats on that :)
I was wondering about the last chapter, though... The one about Jess, Matt and Julie, after the epilogue, it doesn't look like it belongs to this story, although I might be wrong.
Anyways, thank you for posting such an interesting story, it was a great read.

urgg, I swear, fanatics like that give all christiondom a bad name. Obviously, the missed the bits of the Bible that talk about Love and forgivness, meeting people where they are etc. You're supposed to hate the sin, not the sinner (and his 'sins' weren't all that much) and it's not meant to be our place to judge anyway.

OMFG. NUOOO. I knew it was going to happen, but, for real, no happy ending?!! I feel so so so sorry for Amber. And Jake, too. Even though he should've broken it off at the beginning. Chris is such a good friend though ;O UPDATE SOOON.

Awwhhh...poor Jake. I'm really interested to see where this is going. Why does Christy feel strange about being with Alex alone? Will Jake fall for Amber or get the guy of his dreams? Hope you keep going with this and update soon?! Great start!

Ohwao, this is definitely getting interesting. At first I wasn't going for the violences or rape or whatever listed in the summary, but the story really pulled it off. Those religious parents...ughhh, my parents aren't religious like them, but my mom can get REALLY freakin annoying. I feel the exact same way as Jake. Update soooooon 8D
