Many new names... So, will the next chapter be about the Marin mentioned in the summary? Anyway, I hope all the different stories will become linked soon, otherwise it might become quite confusing.
Interesting and mysterious world you've created, though. And Fletch definitely has potential. I like his character, although at the moment I think I still slightly prefer Micah (even though I couldn't really pinpoint why - maybe I sympathise more with his predicament?).

Ooh, I really like Fletch :) I wonder what'll happen to him now though since he's got himself into some trouble (no thanks to his cousin). He seems like someone who'll get out of it easily, so I'm not worried. I also think that the iron man was Micah from the prologue but maybe I'm wrong... I'm assuming since he's got blond hair and is big with muscle that he's him. Makes me wonder what happened to him since the prologue though... The fight scene was... kinda gross and I'm honestly glad Bart is dead (he seemed to enjoy killing a bit too much).

Anyway, I really liked this update. Fletch seems pretty kickass and I loved his lines. His cousin was funny. Can't wait for more!

This looks like it's gonna be amazing! I'm so excited, you should definitely continue. I'm thoroughly in love with Micah already, poor guy. I've always had a thing beautiful, troubled, misfit boys. I wonder why the mist didn't kill him... I love stories that have puzzles to figure out. I want to meet Marin and Fletch too! Thanks so much for posting.

Very interesting beginning. I'd really like to know what will happen to Micah (I already like him) and the village and what the mysterious shadows are. Also who will survive...

Please continue pronto! I like it--you've already pulled me in with the first chapter and I want to know what's going on!

off to a spooky good start.

I really liked this one a lot. The mood, and the tone seem just right, and I'm interested to know more bout the world and the characters that populate it. Mica's past and motivations are hinted at nicely, and it makes me want to know more. A promising, and intriguing start.
