Oh my GAWD! This story is amazing! Truely! I signed in specifically for the purpose of reviewing your stoy. This story paved the way for me think of the whole Ursala type body being great fodder for story making. This story was just so well written and attention grabbing. And I don't see how more people haven't reviewed or gushed about it. I've told friends about this, even though they don't read the same things I do. I only review on stories I truely like and this story and it's sequel is a treasure! It is definately in my favorites and I've re-read this story three times.
Even if you don't return to the same characters, it would be grand to read another story by you!

I know this is a oneshot but ... what happens next!?! I mean what powers does the captain now have. What is his role as mate? Will he live as long as Vashik does? Barstow seems like the type to be fighting mad the morning after, so will he try to escape or will try to beat Vashik? Will there be kids? Some sex games? Please do a sequel!

This is a great story. I love the nontraditional kracken. It's a great chemistry you have between the two. I hope this turns into a string of stories about their relationship. Good luck.

I really hope you intend to continue this very hot scenario you've got going.
There are so few good stories of seacreatures around and I would love to read more :)

This is actually a review for 'Better than Gold'. ^__^ that was super cute! I especially love how Vashik was happy by taking in Barstow's expression. I think it was even more adorable that pirates are suppose to be tough, greedy and maybe even heartless but here they're super cute together ^^ hope there'll be more!
