I didn't expect Jacobson to snap at the horny marine like that. Made me Lulzzz.
Omg So so Emil has a sexy ass. Woo~ and his puppy love is Jill? And his puppy love Jill is crushing on Emil's dad Jaconson? Oh god. What a love triangle.
D'Hare is funny as always. He's way too blunt though, that asshole. He told Emil he had no friends LOL and then he cracked while imagining slaughtering The King. Pfft yup, there's no denying it. His mentality's out of whack.

Oh Lord, I can not wait to read more of the Emil, Jacobson, Jill, Hardy triangle. Can't wait for the next update and if those people try to go to the king then they need to die. They see what he did to D'Hare and the king actually likes him.

Yeah, he does have a bit of an ego, but sometimes that's not necessarily a bad thing >.>

Anyway, no it wasn't too long. lol. In fact, I was about to go to bed when I realized I hadn't checked this thing yet. My body was torn between YAY! and 'god no, not yet' cause I wanted to go to bed, but it was a new chapter~~~

So, I read it lol. I liked it, and I'm really, really, really happy that D'Hare is still alive. ... I was like .... 40% sure you wouldn't kill him off, especially with the king saying things like he'd never kill them and whatnot. Still .... what a horrid thing to do *shudders* thankfully, D'Hare's got new arms and legs, even if it does make him and indentured servant for awhile ... if he can keep out of the kings hands at any rate.

I am still marvelously addicted. Thank you so much for the update.

Oh author-sama, you know I love all your updates. Even though the chapter update difference is quite marvelous, the upside is that each update provides us with two chapters. I'm more than happy each time there is an update. And of course, perfectionism and real life do get in the way often. The only thing I'd ever wish for is your continued interest in completing this wonderful story ;)
With that said, Emil is STILL so adorable. The way he's all obedient around his dad, and his shyness/embarrassment at the idea of his sister getting sexually involved - it just makes me wanna huggle him with kisses. And I lol'ed when he beat up all those people without Jacob's permission
Omg I was surprised when the King tried bottoming. I was like oh shiet LOL but I find that I liked it ;3 it was...vonderrful. With a v. Of course I still like D'Hare bottoming more (because he denies the pleasure so much but we all know he loves it). It was a pleasant change. D'Hare has such a dirty mouth lolol and the King is so shameless and honest. Oh but I'm going on to read the next chappie ;)

!!!! NUUUU D'HARE!!! Wahh, why oh whyyy D; his eyes, his arm, his leg! I can't believe the King would do that. Ugh. Well, now I have a feeling that D'Hare will make sure he doesn't get captured again. And damn he's a tough bastard. Even in that deathbed state, he's still breathing and yapping away at Jacobson. I'm jus glad that he's still alive though.
Bridgette and Alita are both in love. It makes me wonder who Emil will fall for ;) I have an inkling that it'll be the cutest thing ever.
But grr I am not impressed with the King at the moment.

I was starting to believe that because the king loved D'hare he would give up on Jacobson because he had D'hare....guess I was wrong.

I like this story! But I have to say I hardly understand it... Why did the king do that to D'Hare? And why didn't he captured Jacobson?

I'm excited that D'Hare has some spiffy new limbs and eyes. It'll be interesting to see how those affect his next confrontation with the King, if they even up the playing field at all (somehow I think the King will still have the bigger advantage though). It's pretty awesome that his eyes can tell if people aren't human. I wonder if the King somehow found a way to disguise Xiphod's as humans, or if the young girl at the end of the chapter is some new race we haven't seen yet. Are we going to find out if the King was going to let D'hare die, or if he had something planned to do once Jacobson showed up, but then that plan was halted when the soldiers and hybrids followed Jacobson? Thanks for the author notes so now I know to look forward to Emil's love interest, more D'Hare and the King (yay!), and Xiphod-fusion happening at some point!
