Some people naturally know that they are different, look at the one kid they let grow up as a girl, until high school, he thought he was. Of course, that might have scarred him with that realization.
Yea, picking this up when she gets to that, just before puberty stage when all the kids start teasing the others about who they like. Or even through puberty. Honestly, i'd just like to see if mommy gives up and accepts her, and if she really get's to be like daddy.
i've got to quit writing reviews when i just wake up, i think i tend to ramble... Did any of that make sense?

Well, honestly... this is kind of like parent forcing the child to be a certain way, to a huge extreme. I can't imagine a 5 year old girl would choose to like girls, but then I don't hang around 5 year old girl, nor do I have any kids of my own. The story was well done, but the idea seems just one of those extreme "What if"'s. The idea seems slightly silly, a young girl wanting to be exactly like daddy without understanding the true meaning behind being in love with a girl. I can see it happening, but maybe like onch every ten thousand years or so... Good story. Kinda short. That's all.

*Shrugs* I know a few girls that know that they are “different” by the time they are in first or second grade. But the point of the story wasn’t about the child’s realization it was about the mothers. Even if the child doesn’t fully understand what she said until she’s older the mother will and it will always stay with her.

I want to see Jenna in another ten or fifteen years, when she's had time to work out all that sexual stuff. Or, hell, when she's in the middle of working it out. This shouldn't end like this.
