Another lovey chapter as always! I wonder...is he changed for good or is our dastardly bastard going to come back?? Ouch. As a person who has been burned that exact same way before, I am feeling his pain! Lovely tension! Can't wait until the next chapter.

I found this story while looking for something to read before bed. It's now past 1 am, and I'm so dissapointed there isn't more! Gosh, I've been so drawn into this story. Great job! I can't wait to read more!

Yes! Technology can prove to be a burden more often than not, if we don't take appropriate measures to ensure proper performance!!! Thank you for getting around to expanding on Lord D's and Annette's progress. I've noticed that there appears to be a shift in power at this stage and enjoy the role-reversal as we see Lord D out of his comfort zone and instead at Annette's mercy. Throughout the story I have been a big fan of the internal dialogue from Annette's POV as this connects me to the moment! Every chapter has helped this story to evolve further and become a tale I look MORE and MORE forward to reading! Please update when possible.

I love your stories...the detail and time you take to write the story makes them come alive. I only wish you were not so easily distracted by other stories to finish the ones you've already started. I love this story and really hope you end up finishing it someday.

Holy mother of sweet Jesus. Why u make me wait? I have to admit that after many years I finished reading Ghastly Crossings. Man, you are such a good writter. Just, all your stories are awesome. And your character development is superv.
Now, I wanna see Lord Derrick and Annette start to cuddle and make babies (pls thxs)

thank you for updating and coming back. you are the one writer in all the online writing worlds that i fully trust my attachments with. i always know you will come back - something about your writing is more than just passion-play - it's very real life and well developed. i don't think characters you create would just die over time. also been following you since your first story and you've improved drastically! i hope your computer problems are fixed. i can't wait until you update (any of your stories) again.

Thank you for the update. And I completely understand computer problems, I didn't take care of mine and it completely died on me, with out letting me save a seven page paper, due for my finals.

I really do enjoy the way you create your characters personalities and actions. For me I'm not completely on one persons side, Annette or Lord Derrick. I can see where they're both coming from although for me Annette can be a little Dramatic at times. But that's a good thing, it's apart of her character, a part of who she is for me, and you've created this part of her through her actions and reactions and mannerisms and that's a great thing. Because not a lot of writers understand how to build characters through actions any more. or for that old saying, showing not telling.

So I really want to say, thank you for giving us quality work every time, even though this is just a fan fiction site. I really appreciate the time and effort you put into your stories.

Worth the wait, for sure!! I love how you create their characters with their actions, showing us rather than just telling us. I am looking forward to the next chapter!!
