Lou can be funny as hell, and Tanis too. He's much more likeable than at the beginning.
And maybe Mel would be more relaxed if he finally got laid by Lou...? :) I'm sure Lou will be delighted to help in that respect.
It's nice to understand more along the way, and the plot is still complex but interesting.
Also, you must be the fastest writer around here! Quite nice for the readers too, no waiting too long for an update. :)

Chapter 9 & 10. Ouch. No wonder they're bitchy. Though the thing about something in the blood is pretty true, it's the genetics of the DNA which makes the person and thus the blood. Hm... Starting to make lots of sense to me.

You mentioned descriptions in a recent update... I was wondering if you could put in physical descriptions? If you don't want to go back do a big edit, maybe you could just put a little here and there? For example, if Lou has bright pink hair (I chose this color so that I wouldn't influence a decision on hair color), you could write something like "Mel tousled Lou's bright pink hair", thus giving us readers a clearer idea of their physical appearance. Thanks! And great story -- I love it!

Yeah... I really, really don't like Jarg. If it wasn't for him, what happened between the other two could have been sweet. As it is now, Jarg has taken that away. I don't like the way he treat people.

I am nearly finished with redoing lillow^_-
However, I read the two last updates and the reviews that followed....ppl grow up. As to Jarg...I get the bad feeling that he knows something the others do not and that he isn't the only one(Means Whisper here, of the village) , especially Mel does not know. Why is he so intend on setting Mel up with Lou? And I do not like the way he does it either, by the way. That was outright cruel and disrespecting the way he handled Mel...not that the young man got much respect before to judge from the interactions of the first chapters. But I got it from the last chapters, that he is trying to reach a point with all of his doings. I could only come up with 2 reasons for this, one, he understands more of the sidhe and their customs as he leads on( and that seems to be the case since he practically gave Mel away to Lou in the last chapter and knew some things he actually shouldn't, well thinking of how much knowledge has to be lost after 400+ years) And that with it, that he is trying to bind Lou to the village through this,
Or 2 , He follows an entirely different reason/plan that I can't figure out for now. And at that point then, I can't help but to cast an eye upwards with a suspicious twitch!
