Hey all. Yes, still around. Thanks for the continued interest in the story; I do intend to finish it, it's just that this year (and the last few months in particular) have royally kicked my ass and screwed up my writing. I was working toward getting a novel published so I was focusing most of my writing time on one particular story, and even that got turned upside down with several deaths, marriages, surgeries, and other medical scares just this spring and summer alone. It's been rough. Haven't written anything but papers for school and obituaries in nearly two months. So with work, university, and all the family/friend issues, this story's hiatus period has gone on much longer than I ever meant it to. Some of you have contacted me at my Y!Gallery account, and I thank you for it, but for those who wouldn't have gotten the information... ARV is especially frustrating to me at the moment because I have so much of it completed--all the chapters posted thus far and nearly all (if not, in fact, ALL) of the last several chapters. In other words, as soon as I'm able to get the next few chapters written and uploaded, the updates should progress very quickly as I'll only have small revisions to do before posting the rest of the story. So I'm sorry for the wait; believe me, it's driving me mad, too.
