I started reading this story out of lazy curiosity. it was li like "I don't really expect this to be written halfway decently, but I really need to read something. Let's try it out"
I was more than surprised to find out that it's really really really good. There's only a handful of stories on AFF written so well. I couldn't put uour story down. At 5th chapter I checked how many you posted, since authors sometimes take their time to update... and this story is guaranteed to plague my mind for the foreseeable future.
I love dangerous characters/alpha males and I'm so happy that sirius isn't simply a giant bulky teddy bear. even in the last chapters, where he has eased out a bit with Dakota, he still has this authority about him that inspires respect.
Dakota... God, how I'm relieved that he's not emotionally broken. it's nice to see him try to cope with his circumstances.
please, update soon.

omg girl i read your journal entry and that is really tough to lose so many close people. college can be stressful, i know. i quit grad school myself because of personal issues. but you move on and realize that you're happier doing something else than taking classes day-in-out just for a piece of paper you might not even need at the career you end up getting into. i wish you luck with your future!
