Sorry, I forgot about Cat's Cradle for a bit, but I re-read it and it answered some of the questions in my previous review. Now I'm definitely rooting for Toby and Jericho to get back together, though. Poor little kitty... Hopefully Ajax and Eli will kick Toby's master's ass (unless it hurts Toby too)! Still makes me quite interested in the bonds between familiar and master... :)

(13) Well that was a forbidding ending, never a dull moment with these two, they meet the most unusual characters. I'm thinking Toby would make a fascinating story all on his own :) And typical Jack all that dark and forbidding and he thinks it's a perfect time to take notes. I wouldn't have been surprised if he had started going around asking questions like some sort of investigative reporter, good thing he has Eli to reign him in.^^ As for the bar itself I loved the description of it and what Jack saw through the smoke and shadows, it sets up a great atmosphere ^_^

These boys seem to constantly get themselves further and further into this mess without seeming to get any closer to an actual solution. I suppose it'll just come down to whether they can work everything out with the information they do get. We'll just have to wait and see next chapter :) Congratulations on your show, hope it all goes well for you ^_^

Yay, thanks for the new chapter! This story really is fascinating... and I really really love Ajax and Eli together! Also, now that they are officially a couple, they seem to work more as a pair to find the reason behind Ajax's problems - so hot and great! Will Eli move in with Ajax next? (or has he already??) And with more plot coming I couldn't be happier, although I'm not sure Ajax will be all that pleased to visit a bar full of vampires, won't he? But at least he'll have his strong werewolf boyfriend (with freckles!) to protect him... (I'm going all fangirl on you, I'm afraid - I'm so in love with your stories!) And I'm sooo excited about all the new characters - and creatures - appearing in the story... XD

(12) Don't know which I liked more the beginning with all the hotness or the ending with the promise of adventure to come :) I do like the idea of watching those two work together, who knows with Eli's craftiness and Jack's smarts they may actually get some answers. That's of course if they can manage to get things done without bickering every couple of minutes ;) On the plus side that looked suspiciously like a real date with button up shirts and everything^^ every time I read these two I like them that much more :)

Certainly looking forward to finding out about this bar and maybe some of these characters that keep popping up. Things just keep getting more and more interesting, can't wait for the next chapter ^_^

Always enjoy reading this story, where the relationship between Eli and Ajax is my favourite aspect. Especially the indecision about their commitment to each other, and how daunting an actual relationship is for each of them. This has each of them analysing what constitutes a ‘good boyfriend’ and is very much a drawing aspect, along with a nice promising and involved plot.

I really like this chapter, it focuses in on the progressing relationship between the two main characters as well as gives us a little bit of a background on the elusive Eli . He seems well...more human , if that makes any sense. I did notice that they seemed to have given up on the use of condoms, which makes me suspicious since Eli was actually initiating use to begin with. I'm kind of wondering now what Eli was really asking Ajax before he penetrated him in the last chapter. Asking permission to just have sex when he never had before especially before going bare back does raise some flags. I think Ajax better be asking more questions. Anyway keep up the good work, can't wait for more.
