Excellent writing, as per usual. Despite the lack of non-consenual sex (which made me ridiculously happy, by the way), this chapter still held it's own horror. Is it giving up on fighting or giving in until the time is right? Brennan's actions seemed to be fighting answering that same question and how do you fight what you want to do, for what you must do for your survival in a situation like this? I wasn't surprised Al was in the medical profession, but the confirmation just made it all the more stomach churning. A person paid to take care of others, torturing another?
I'm wondering about the situation with the friend and his pet. Is he a willing participant? Is he actually happy? I'm hoping (I hope a lot in this story) Brennan starts fighting smart soon.

I just was checking in before I left the house to see if you posted new chapter like you mentioned you might do before the week was up but guess you're busy. It's ok. I'll try and remember to check back next week sometime.

I can't even begin to imagine what will happen to Brennan next and why Phil and Al are doing this to him.
A sick part of me is kind of enjoying reading what he is going through and even kind of like these guys who are hurting him. I must be nuts!!!! I am not into this sort of thing but I guess it's the way you are bringing these characters to life in a morbid but sensual way.

I like how story is being written from Brennan's POV but would it would be interesting to read a little bit from Phil and Al's plus Brennan's family/friend POV too.

I saw your A/N that you are already writing next chapter and may post it before week is up so am very excited.

I'm hanging on to the promise that thing will get better, I do respect the fact that you haven't romanticized his rape. It's hard, and brutal, and I feel for him more than words can say. It is also amazingly well written.

this story gets better and better, it's awful and amazing at the same time and your characters are remaining realistic as he story continues.

I would like to see a development beyond Phil an Al trying to make Brennan give up, when would he finally escape? how would he do that?

I've read a lot or rape fics before, but this one actually makes me kind of sick. It's great writing. It doesn't have the over-the-top violence that can remove people from the realism. It's so... scary ordinary. Like if you were kidnapped and raped, this is what it would be like. Part of me doesn't want to read this anymore, but a bigger part of me has to know what will happen to Brennan. Either way, I feel like a happy ending doesn't seem possible anymore. Again, really great writing, and I am completely engrossed.
