6)Strain: What sadisting *bleeps* This chapter makes me cry and gets me so mad. How could they do that! First they assure Brennan all there going to do is watcha movie and they give him pot, doing what they did is not going freaking slow that is just cruel and mean. I hated how they scared Brennan into 'behaving because he didn't want to get tied down again or gagged.
When they did that I screamed at them not that any fictional characters could hear me through the computer but it did feel nice to vent. I hope they get what's coming to them! They deserve prison. I have to wonder though if Al used to be in Brennan's posistion.
Oh and one thing to note, how sick is it to see someone totally bruised up, and say 'you are cute' he looks horrid right now not cute. How could they find that attractive! Urge, and then for Phil to say 'make your lover happy' that had to be the most disgusting thing that I had heard Phil say up to this chapter. (I already know he gets much worse)

Well-written, but I must admit that I'll just have to wait until it's finished because all I feel is a sense of get on with it. But, like I said, its well-written so I'll be back for more eventually.

I apologize for seeming rude in my previous reviews but was having a really bad day. Seriously, take your time because it's always worth the wait and keeps me thinking of what's going to happen next. This story deserves an award from this site and you should get one for best author.

Hi, I am just dropping by to check in and see how you're doing. I am kind of confused by this site's new set up and am still trying to figure it out. I keep finding two author panels for each author whose stories I am following but I think one is the old version which I kind of liked better.

Hello, I'm just reviewing to tell you that I love this story of yours. I am just on chapter, but I can already tell this is going be one of my favorite stories. The entire time I am reading Waiting In the Throes, I just want to scream. I just feel so horrible for what Brennan has to go through. It's sicking. Unlike other reviewers, I just want all his suffering to be over with.
Now questions for you:
1) Can you describe to me how exactly does Al and Phil look like. I get the basic features like the hair, but I still can't get a decent picture in my mind on how they might look. Or they ugly or decent looking people?
2) Did Al and Phil kidnap Brennan just because he was there at the time? Or did they been knowing him?
If you can, just email me the answers. If you already answered my questions in later questions, sorry. Like I said, I'm just on chapter 8.

I have to let you know that I am so very relieved that no one is going to die in this story as you mentioned on your tumblr page. I was panicking because most of your reviewers were mentioning Scott was probably going to die at the hands of Richard. I am not as upset now but just wish you would update more frequently even though I will be sad when story is over because it's so very entertaining to read.

Hello Maddox Grey, (I was searching for an e-mail but only saw your tumbler)
anyway, this little thing has been bothering me.
First off I'd like to... uh confess? That I haven't been reviewing every chapter x__x perhaps I was getting tired or perhaps because the story was getting rather.... depressing. But these not-very-nice feelings Waiting in the Throes bring about only proves that you are good at spelling and fleshing out the Angst component of the story. It feels as thou we're living right next to Brennan as he goes through this hell. It's goosebumps in a very eerie way. Like watching a horror film. You hate it and wonder why you started watching it in the first place, but you can't stop reading it till you know what happens in the end. So I'm sticking to this till you finish it~ ;)
Second point,
Kay, that thing that was bothering me was.... The amount of sex - well actually, rape - that Brennan goes through... It's a wonder he's not suffering from blood loss. Especially after that two major things. The double anal penetration chapter and the screwdriver chapter.
I don't know, but, logically, doing that sort of kink requires some obscenely and tiring-ly LOONG preparation care. You add in a non-cooperative bottom to the mix, and follow it with very rough thrusting actions... Uh, well, logically, he shouldn't have been able to take any more at all... but a few chapters later, came that barn and screwdriver chapter.... Which really... was... well, you did warn us. With good reason. But again, I really cannot see how Brennan can even still walk at this point. I can't remember which chapter exactly, but I know he's got a broken arm on top of all that massive injuries. So yeah.... that is my only complaint. I usually can just ignore it, coz well this is all fiction and the readers/authors want to develop the angst and torture element and stuff... but somehow, logically, I wonder how come Brennan isn't dying yet.
Yeah, so there my long long review which I hope you don't mind~
