Why would Phil and Al want to kill Brennan just because he helped Jason get away? I guess I can understand why they would want to punish him but kill him? Rich is going on the run and will try to disappear to start a new life somewhere else but they are still at the same place, the farm house. How can they now assume that Jason might remember something or that Brennan might have told him something that would help the police locate where they live? I don't know but to me they are foolish thinking they are safe. I guess that shows how arrogant and cocky they really are. I don't know what was up with Al but in his own sick way he seemed to actually care for Brennan. I will be hanging by a thread waiting to read the start of part two.

Oh my lord! I am back from vacation and was very busy at work so didn't have time to read chapter 20 until just now. It's like I was struck by lightening that's how magnetic it was. I never saw this coming, not at all. I just hope they don't do anything bad to Brennan until Jason can come back with help. Now, I am thinking I don't want to read chapter 21 (last chapter of part 1) until chapter 22 is up so I can read both all in one sitting. I just don't think my heart could take anymore cliffhangers. I also am thinking that Jason won't want to go to hospital or police station until he knows Brennan is safe.

HOLY FING SHIT.
My hearts about ready to burst out my chest! WHAM, and he's gone. Did not see that coming. I don't think I can go to sleep now, way too keyed up. That chapter was amazing- I am in disbelief. I'm going to be thinking about this for a long time now, I wish there was another chapter to read! Can't wait to see how this goes! Horrible problems for Brennen, but hope for them both. I love this story, I don't know what i'd do without it. OMG next chapter soon pweas!!! xoxox

This story took quite sometime to read. I'm really looking foreward to part 2. I'm glad you did it this way, it seems more realistic. Some of the scenes were just shockng. At first I couldn't understand how Al could even want to do anything, after Brennan bit hip. But Al is a bit of a sadist, still that sounds rather painful. It seems like Brennan couldn't catch a break, the part where they did the dp thing, made me cry and I found it amazing how Brennan could even walk. And in the barn, that scene was just too cruel, it made me think that Phil was jealouse of Al's twisted affection for Brennan. At least i think that's it right? I know Phil's a sadist but that was just too far.

Meeting Jason, another pet had me think that Brennan had someone he could Identify with. And when Jason told Brennan to bide his time and then make a run for it, it just seemed Brennan was in a rush. Of course had I been in that situation i probably would've taken any oppurtunity I could to get away.
The whole 'test' thing at the movies revolted me, shouldn't people be able to tell something is wrong?

and then the whole poisoning of Jason, really Richard is cruel and there's bound to be some damage done to him. That could really effect his health and all that.

I know I'm not saying everything that happened, I just don't want to make a huge reply. I'm glad I found this story :) it's a pshycological rollercoaster to me. Al and phil have a very twisted realationship IMO and i wonder what made them want Brennan? Why him? Al said he saw Brennan and just knew. i hate how Al acts like he cares for Brennan, because his actions just don't show it.

i hope all of them are caught and taken care of by the law.

The last chapter was simply cruel, I loved the cliffhanger and at the same time, i hate it, because i'm left wondering what's going to happen to Jason. Jason is going to find help right? And brennan. "your in the shit" that line was hilarius but...it makes me fear for him. What are they going to do to him?

I hope that when help has arrived that his family is supportive of him. i hope that they don't blame him. That being said I think some people might be very biased. Because Brennan is a man and they are supposed to be strong, you know not kidnapped. Will the police believe Brennan? Will Al and Phil find a way out of the mess? i know you can't answer those but they are in my head. I'm really looking foreward to the next chapter. My friend is the one who told me to check out this story and I'm glad i did. I didn't think I'd like it as much as I do. So I guess i'll just have to wait for awhile to find out what happens. I really hope you get a book published, you have talent. Me I have so many stories that I keep swinging to one from another. it depends on my mood. That's why i haven't posted my stories yet. I admire how you can stick with this story. How do you do it, surely you take a break from time to time? Great job on the story btw. you have a lot of fans :)

Alright, I hope my review goes through this time I think that captcha thing hates me and thats why I don't usually review much.

You're cliffhangers are really mean, you naughty author, but for some reason I love them and look forward to each update. I hope Jason finds someone before they hurt Brennan or get away. Brennan finding the key in the bathroom was a very nice twist and it seemed appropriate that Jason would be the one to go find help.

I always get so excited everytime I see you have updated but very cautious before reading new chapter because I don't know what you have planned.

Arrgh, talk about cliffhanger! I'm on the edge of my seat :) I hope Jason gets away in time to get help. Brennan seriously needs some good luck by now. Update soon!

okay maybe he couldn't resist seeing the looks on their faces and rubbing it in, but if I were Brennan I would've gone to sleep and pretended Jason somehow ran away while I was sleeping, that way the men might've gone easy on Brennan or something. OR I would've beat myself up a bit and pretend Jason assaulted me into unconsciousness before running. Brennan is not a really bright lightbulb but then again he's been traumatized a lot...

AHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHH Brennan! I've been a little nervous about how this showdown was gonna go, for two reasons - one, I like the abduction arc, and two - I can't imagine how it's going to happen with Brennan getting out without being hurt. Plus, Al is his only effective (sort of) protector, Al is the only one keeping Phil (and Richard, I assume) from going too far with Brennan. But if Al feels betrayed by Brennan, and Brennan hasn't escaped yet, I'm really worried he'll revert back into his violent self, and I'm not sure how Brennan will survive their fury. When Brennan found the key, I don't know why I first assumed it was for his anklet, probably because you told us Brennan escapes but I wasn't sure if you mentioned Jason escaping, too. But when Brennan realizes it's for Jason, I wanted to like, cry, haha. What a martyr! Well, not like Brennan had much choice, it was literally the only option, the moment he didn't put the key back in the soap dish. I think my heart was about to explode after Jason left and we're waiting for the dudes to show up again, omg. I wonder where the blame will go - well, I'm sure Brennan will get the brunt of it, and Al might be in trouble for letting Brennan go to the bathroom unsupervised, but Rich was the one who put the key there, right, probably without the knowledge of the systematic Phil and Al? It's hilariously ironic that he made the stupid mistake. omg omg omg.

But hey, I was right about the catalyst being that Rich was gonna sell Jason! I'm glad, I guess, that Jason was the one to get out of there first, he needed it. If Jason can clear the yard... though Richard lives in the country, right? It actually still seems like a pipe dream, unless he can flag someone down before Rich gets in his car and starts trying to hunt Jason down. Jason can't run, either, so I'm guessing that by the end of this chapter he's got, what, minutes to get into the car with someone who is not part of this organization and beg them to let him call the cops or bring him to the police. At least he's motivated on Brennan's behalf... I don't think Al will kill Brennan, or allow him to be killed. I could be wrong, but it seems like what Al wants is Brennan and there's no point in killing him unless it's vital for him and Phil to get away safely. I cringe to imagine what they will do to him before he also escapes, or if in theory he didn't escape after all. Though, actually, I wonder if they even have time to punish Brennan. Phil knocked him out but it seems like unless they really will kill him right away, they're better off running away. The police could come any minute, right? And Jason doesn't know where they are, but I wonder if he knows the house number or anything? Or maybe he knows the address from any of Rich's mail? maybe not, but he's been there for years, it's possible he learned something. Anyway, in theory he can give a name, a description of the house, and possibly directions back to it, so Al, Phil, Rich and Cole probably want to bail.

..but, how does Brennan escape then? Grrr, thinking! Unless the police actually show up and arrest everyone, which would be nice, but I was kind of hoping Al and Phil would evade and remain a possible threat in part 2, kind of giving Brennan's paranoia from the beginning of chapter 1 some very, very justifiable basis. Maybe they flee the house and leave Brennan there? but why would they do that... my brain is going to explode! and it'll be a month before we find out, shit, I'm gonna go murder some smirnoff.
