Omg, please don't put dialogue in parenthesis. It just doesn't make sense. Parentheses suggests an afterthought, or a point you cannot add to the sentence with it making sense. Since it's dialogue, YOU REARRANGE THE WORDS SO IT DOES. If it's a sudden thought in the middle of another thought, you add dashes - like this. Once again, FOR THE LOVE OF ALL THAT IS PURE AND HOLY, STOP PUTTING DIALOGUE IN PARENTHESIS. Thank you, and good day.

I actually liked this chapter. I like how comfortable and familiar Sky and Iriel are becoming with each other. I'm not really looking forward to them fighting again. Although I guess if stories were all sunshine and roses they would be boring and not realistic.
I really love Sky's rambling thoughts. He is really funny and it's a pleasure to read what he's thinking. =)
Anyway...looking forward to the next chapter. :)

Hello, just found this story. It's sooooo well written and hits all my emotional buttons. Do you ever say (or did I miss it) how Finn died? If so, what chapter was it mentioned. If not, will you eventually reveal his cause of death? Also, I hope you reveal more about Iriel and why he's such an ass (most of the time) when it comes to Skylar. It would be nice to read from his POV just to see what is going on in his mind in regards to his Father and to Skylar.
