Absoluely brilliant! I hope to read more soon. I enjoyed 'Muffin', though I was a little dissapointed in the ending, but fortunately... there is a sequel! I cannot wait until Aher and Mathew meet again! That will be scene! I hope... :D

Not just one, but two chapters. Yay! But sorry to hear that you're sick...
I'm glad that things are starting to really pick up (and so quickly into the story; I thought it would have taken longer). Can't wait for Asher to show up (assuming he will, but I think we all know that he will *wink wink*). Thanks for not hurting Leah. I can handle kids sobbing and going through bad situations, but child torture? That kind of stuff makes me sick just thinking about it, so once again thanks for not letting anything too bad happen to her. If that changes though, it would be nice to have a warning placed at the top of the chapter so I (and other readers who don't like reading about kids getting hurt) know it's coming and can prepare for it.
Besides that I don't really have much to say. As always your writing is great, the story is great. I really enjoy the tension and fear you are able to build up. I was really worried for Muffin when those pliers came out. A part of me was like "no, nothing too bad is going to happen." While another part of me was nervously recalling how Matthew got stabbed in the other story.
I guess I should stop now before my review gets too long...but one more thing.
About the Vincenzo/Asher thing, just wanted to let you know that I can go either way, M/V or M/A. I don't care who Matthew ends up with (although, there's nothing wrong with having a little of both ^_~), as long as Matthew is happy. The poor kid has been through enough. He deserves a happy ending.

Loved the Matthew and Vincenzo couch/cuddle scene in chapter 7.

If matty's all by himself at the payphone, why doesn't he run away after making the call?
that's what i'd do at least...lol
anyway the aspect of mat finally meeting asher has me excited. i hope maybe asher sends a decoy or something. that would be so evil. i know i like vin more than asher as a long term relationship partner but now you've got me thinking again...
hope you get better! but if you are still feeling under the weather, you should totally spend that time....wri- resting...resting. XD

Can't he end up with both? I'm sure a threesome would procure endless occasions for a good laugh. The mere idea of Asher or Vincenzo sharing something aready has me laughing my head of. Then there is Muffin's face when they just think about it. Not starting on the actual getting in a room with the two of them at once. Now that's panic attack material.

AHHH!!!!!!! I read Muffin and I've been religiously checking back on Matthew about everyday, even though I just moved and I've been doing a lot. No pressure. I'm just psycho to read the next chapter, and so on. You've done a very good job, but I'm sure you know that! Keep up the good work! I enjoy it. :) Thank you very much for writing something so entertaining. I love Vincenzo and Asher, And Matthew reminds me a lot of myself. >> It's just all awesome!!! XD

I kid. However, much more enjoyable chapter. One thing is gratting me though, why didn't Matt realise who "Oliver" was at the club? He talked to the guy! Face to face! And what was he doing in France? With Ashley? If he knew Matt was there, why not go for him sooner?
As for the Vin or Ash war, that's what you get for making a threesome where both the other two are enjoyable! I, for one, am rooting Vin/Matt but I'm sure Matt will probably end up with Asher (that was the original plan anyway, wasn't it?). We'll see. I'm sure that you'll make it plausible either way.

Oh my god. Oh my god... WOAH.
I was wondering how you were going to bring it all round to the start of the story and... HOLY COW WOW. I loved the chapter. It was awesome... beyond awesome. Matthew is such a fantastic anti-hero. You know that realistically you wouldn't like him much, mainly because he'd push a person away, but at the same time you know you'd love him because anyone who is that noble, that good at heart, cannot help but have that shine through.
This was a fantastic chapter. My favourite by far. And after being teased by a quick update I shall settle down (maybe re-read Muffin and what there is of this) for a wait.
