Poor thing... I was rooting for him so!!! Hope Asher doesnt maul him up too bad.. I love how youre developing this. Way to go!

Have to rush this since my laptop's battery's about to die out, but as for carter x matt, my reaction's a solid 'hell no!' Since I'm already stressing over the Ash vs. Mario situation. And of course he would save Carter, the bane of Ash's life, with an injured hand and all. For some reason, the image in my head of Matt fighting in the car frantically in objection of going to the hospital was humorous to me. As was Asher's immediate forehead inspection when he heard about the fever, I got a kick out of that moment, too. Can't wait to read more.

Poor Matt so confused and scared. I'm glad Asher did come to save Leah. At this point, if I was Matt. I think I would have expected Asher to have killed me already, seeing how he's the kind of bastard who likes to play with people. He'll be jerking Matt by the chain for the next chapter or so. xD At least that's my point of view. And poor Leah, the kid must be scared to death after Asher grabbed her. I can't begin to imagine how she felt being put in that car with a stony Asher. And Vincenzo... dear lord, I wonder how wonderful his attitude will be once he sticks his hands around Matt's throat. And bloody hell, you left me with another cliff hanger. Curse you! D; I wanna knowwwww what happens next. You have me hooked after one update. *keyboard smashing* xD!

i totally got really nervous too when i saw that there was an update, and the entire time i was reading i was nervous.
so you need to know this. that is how much this story affects me. thats, sheesh. crazy.
do you get nervous when you write these really tense chapters? or do you enjoy torturing poor muffin? i bet you do!

MattXCarter? lol, Matthew gets around. Hmm, well Matthew is irresistible to bad guys, and he would surely be a great way for Carter to torture his cousin. Arrr, I understand why Matthew saved him but now he'll be back and probably ungrateful.

I'm sooooooo glad Matthew saved Leah. Asher arrived with a bang! I wonder if he figured it was fitting after the boat incident in 'Muffin'. Poor Matthew. Living through a deadly inferno and more mental problems to heap on his existing ones. I loved the part where he was going over his lunch plans as he escaped.

"So this is where he’s been hiding you?". Shit just got real. Hope that isn't why Vinny and Elena are delayed. Or maybe he thinks Carter was keeping him there, but that doesn't make too much sense.

'“He was checking my temperature, wasn’t he?” I interrupted him'. Aww, Matthew's got it so bad. I think we all know he doodles Asher-n-Matt-forever when no one's looking.

No wtf moments, sorry, except I did have a nitpicky moment when I was thinking no way should Asher hang out in a burning building with an oxygen mask on since pure oxygen is so flammable, but then I realized you probably meant the (regular air mix) masks firefighters wear. Asher is so badass and prepared.

You were JOKING about Matt/Carter right? Because from reading the reviews, it seems some ppl are taking it seriously! BUt hey, if you want to make it happen go ahead. Nothing can stop the two soulmates Asher and Matty from reuniting together!

I love how Matty here feels no "'electricity" or "sparks" whenever Vincenzo kisses him, unlike with Asher. This makes me even more happy that he will, well at least, should end up with the one he belongs 2 which is Asher! xD Please update asap hun

I am so team Vincenzo in every way. He's always seemed like a real person with many layers and there's this warmth and vulnerability in him that I love very much. While I kind of liked Asher/Matthew at first I quickly came to the conclusion that so many stories these days have this cold, mysterious and sexy (a bit one-dimensional) love interest like Asher, and it just doesn't do it for me. Muffin was kind of a boytoy in that "relationship", if you can call it that, and Vincenzo/Matt seems so much more genuine and mature. But well, I know Asher's coming and maybe some of my views will change as they have before.

I have a big goofy-ass smile on my face every time you update. Thank you so much for the FLUKE, they are always welcomed. Anyway... ASHER IS BETTA!
